    Five Stars Awesome machine easy to use 5WARNING DO NOT BUY Product was subpar. Instructions did not make sense and the manufacturer would not provide any product support assistance. 1I love my machine I love my machine! Sent it to A2Z for repair and now they won't respond to emails or answer the phone. Is that nicer Amazon? Will I ever get it back? 1Three Stars I am using it but its to noisy. 3I just received this unit yesterday. My intent was ... I just received this unit yesterday. My intent was to oxygenate water and oils. The instructions that come with it DO NOT give specific durations, O3 concentrations nor details on how to go about these procedures. The internet has literally no info on the "recipes" in which to create the water or oils for human consumption. They do show how to install the various tubes and that's about it. Once I started up my unit for the first time, the fan blades immediate began rubbing making an horrendous noise, so I am going to request an RMA later tonight. The unit DOES look stout but the instructions and rubbing fan blade has turned me off. If anyone can advise further I'd appreciate it! 2This is a great machine. If it came with a glass diffuser ... If I could give a 4.5 rating I would. This is a great machine. If it came with a glass diffuser it would have been 5 stars. Regardless I Love It! 4Five Stars Excellent piece of equipment. 5WARNING Don't buy this product used! I almost never write reviews, but this one left such a bad taste in my mouth (figuratively and literally) that I couldn't just let it go. Item was listed as being in very good condition from Amazon Warehousedeals w/ just a small 1/4" square blemish on front. In fact, when I got it the following were wrong:3 of 4 corners of the case damaged slightly.Ozone indicator light not working.Plastic contact cover detached inside case.Air pump line disconnected inside case.Air pump to O2 input line damaged on front cover.O3 output smelled like oil (from the air pump, I'd assume), not O3. No change in smell w/ O3 generator engaged.Accessories bag contents contained debris (looked like plant/weed fiber), and smelled like smoke.Quite obviously there was zero quality control or inspection of this product before it was shipped out. I'm returning this product immediately. For a product intended to disinfect/deodorize and possibly provide health benefits, far more care should have been given to the products condition (or at least honesty about its condition) before it was listed for sale. 1Unfunctional My unit wouldn`t even turn on. Green light on front never illuminated. Instructions didn`t include any trouble shooting section and is mostly just warnings about ozone, which I found kinda strange and dubious. I returned it the next day and was issued a credit within 24hrs, so the seller is fairly courteous and reliable. I guess I just received a defective unit. Oh well... 2
