    LOVE IT!LOVE this fan! Bye bye foggy mirror & drippy walls! The heat produced from the lamp feels AMAZING & really heats quickly. The fan is very quiet (especially compared to our previous fan) & the install was easy, though we did have a handy electrician friend hook it up for us. We didn't need the switches provided as we used existing switches, but it was nice to have the option. Couldn't be happier!! 5Great unit- don't use the supplied switchesI had my doubts after reading the bad reviews in this unit- however this model had all the features I wanted/needed..... Been using it for 6months in the guest area bathroom. No issues its used daily in an 1950's home with heavy plaster walls- no vibrations , fan is quieter than I ever could have expected.The heat lamps - 2 on are deceit - turn on all 4 and it's like a sauna.I didn't use any of the switches - ordered them from Amazon.com --- see pic attached 5Couldn't be happier with itIts good looking and works great. Old fan was loud and ineffective. This fan is quite and even with the girls in my house taking 1/2 hour hot showers the fan exhausts all the steam . No wet walls or steamed up mirrors. Couldn't be happier with it.Oh, and when you put the four heat lamps on at once it feels like a sauna under it. 5Hard to install and the bulbs were brokenI had this installed, but it would not work. We finally realized that the brand new bulbs were broken. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact anyone for the issue because it was sold by amazon. I can not figure out how to get amazon to replace the light bulbs. After paying $260 you would assume that the lightbulbs would work. I am sad about the customer service side. 2I love the amount of heat this product puts outI love the amount of heat this product puts out. The light is a little dim but we have other lighting in our bathroom which compensates for this. Recommend this product to anyone looking for radiant heating. 5Great stylish combo.Purchased for new master bathroom. Looks and works great. Haven t used the heat part much yet as it is 90 degrees already, but looking forward to this winter. 5A few surprises, but all is well that ends well.At the completion of the installation we are very pleased, but there were numerous bumps along the way that could have been avoided, or at least we could have been ware of ahead of time, if Aero Pure put more consideration into the consumer. As many reviewers have stated, the switches were not up to par, and were poorly marked (for a lay person). Which wasn't that big a deal because we wanted to and ultimately put the heat lampe and fan on digital timers rather than the simple on/off switches supplied. The incandescent 60W BR25 (shape) bulb was also a surprise and disappointment. It should be an LED. I had to go to AMZN to buy a replacement BR25 LED 9W (90W equivalent) bulb for $12+. But of greatest concern and surprise is the manner in which the unit is electrified. Unlike other combination units, this one must have power fed to it all the time because it contains sensors that monitor the heat, and if too hot it shuts down automatically. Good design and good idea, but a big surprise to me AND to my electrician. Because of this surprise, so too was the near $2k electrician bill because it was far more complex than originally expected (see image of attic installation) . But in the end, the unit is awesome. It is quiet. It rids the bathroom of condensation, and the heat lamps are a joy. 4Just installed this heater fan which wasn't to bad if your handyJust installed this heater fan which wasn't to bad if your handy. It says it needs a 10amp but they made a mistake and actually requires a 15amp service. Other then that, this is an amazing unit. The exhaust is super quite. You get out of the shower and the first thing you notice is the mirror is the same way you stepped into the shower. When you step out of shower and stand under the heat it feels like your in a tanning bed. Unit was kinda expensive but so worth it when you try it for the first time. 5Install - not difficult, but neither is it fast and easy. Once you have installed the 1st the next will take about half the timRe the A716R by Aero Pure--Qualifications: Licensed Elect. 1982(Calif), 2009(S.Carolina) -Pros: It is quiet. No chilling wind. It has a look almost too clean for most bathrooms, of course you need the lights on to see!Although no literature mentions it, it DOES have a vent fan. It can be wired for up to 4 separate controls--2-2 lamp switches (or 1-4 lamp),center lamp and vent fan. It has an attractive appearance & includes 2 stacked rocker switches and a 2-gang labelled switch cover. Total power consumption is 1160 watts (using 4-270 watt lamps, center 60 watt and fan.Cons: The following comments apply ONLY to a retrofit install. Don't be in a hurry and check access from above-important!The white plastic trim should have been manufactured 1 inch larger. I.E., if a squared hole is cut, you may see an @ 1/4" gap past the rounded corner trim that is the trim kit. If you want a neat and clean install,cut a 12.125" by 12.25" but round the corners.P.S.--the fan noise is acceptably quiet.Other: the duct is a 4" diameter--go out and buy 1 or 2--4" adjustable elbows-depending upon where you plan to duct the air. HD has them cheap.When installing and to keep the mess contained, I use a Dremel tool with the carbide blade. I follow my pencil marks in conjunction with a vacuum cleaner. NO dust on anything. The customer will never know how much clean-up I have saved them! Tom 5Switch does not work properly.The lights are very good and dries up the floor pretty good. But turn on/off switch came with this not good. The FAN switches does not off properly and sort off lose. I am trying to find the seller contact but not listed. Disappointed! 2
