    I really like this cutterI really like this cutter, but unfortunately the blades don t stay put once you have tightened the screw. You have to sort of hold them in place as you go, which means that I don t always get strips that are cut equally. 3TerribleI used it once and this are the results after I washed it... on top of that it's not precise and wobbly!! Do not buy this 1Not so goodI wish I had kept my money and continued using a ruler. It does not lock or stay. so unless you can hold this cutter at the exact size the entire time you're cutting then it will not work for you. Also, the wheels are wobbly. No straight even lines with wobbly wheels. If you do not need clean even strips for your project then this might be great for you. However if you do need stability in a wheel cutter then keep shopping. 1Poorly made non professional productThe item is broken. The wingnut did not tighten, and the width between each will was variable, so you just have to guess that they are all the same width, but doesn't even matter, because without being able to tighten the wingnut to fix the widths in place, they change as you attempt to cut, but mainly tear at your pastry.And to top it off.... Item is not available for return!!!!THis is my first ever review, I am a very unsatisfied customer 1 Great product works great 5Uneven contact!Returned these because of uneven contact. These are definitely a good price for what they are. For my application, I needed them to cut 1'' cracker dough sticks. There was probably only 2-3 cutters that would make full contact and cut through. The whole time I was pressing as wide as I could with my other hand fingers spread to get pressure on as many cutters as I could. Wasn't happening. If you are cutting large pieces of thick dough, this may be for you. For anything remotely thin, you'll be hating life. Try a sample roll before you full on prep your dough or whatever you're cutting. I gambled and lost. 1I am very pleased with this pastry toolI am very pleased with this pastry tool. I needed it for huge sheet pans of 80+ brownies and they cut my job in half. 5
