Don't waste your money I should have read reviews instead of basing my decision on the overall rating of this piece of garbage. I could not believe the low quality of this product, especially in comparison to the price. The poly fill was coming out of the thing the minute I opened it, and it really can't afford to lose any stuffing because it's already totally unsupportive. It lays flat the minute you put weight on it. I could have bought a bag of pillow stuffing from the craft store and tossed a pillow case on it and had a better quality pillow than this. I was planning on returning it until I found out that postage and insurance (which this seller requires for returns) was $20. Not worth the hassle of returning, and I'm sure the seller knows that return shipping is cost-prohibitive. Don't waste your money on this pillow OR this seller. 1Soft and fluffy, but didn't help my shoulders as hoped. I had ordered this pillow in hopes of being able to sleep on my stomach again as one of the pictures had shown. I have rotator cuff issues. I was able to lay on my stomach with my shoulders comfortably; however, my lower back ached because of the angle. Pillow may be great for other issues, but it did not solve my problem. It came all squished in a box and you need to fluff it up in the dryer before use. It did not flatten as others said, and I laid on it. Still looking for a pillow to allow me to sleep on stomach with shoulder issues. 3Soooo Comfy I needed something soft that would raise me up to help control Acid Reflux and not give me a stiff neck. I saw this and ordered it. The first time using it was Christmas Eve Night. I thought it would be a foam support, but actually it very soft (not sure what it is stuffed with. I haven't looked at the tag). So soft and comfortable, I really don't want to get up in the morning. I use this with two down pillows. So far my Acid Reflux has not bothered me and absolutely no stiff neck like I had when using to Euro pillows to prop me up. I bought this in King size and got the pillow case which is more of a slip cover that covers the pillow nicely & stays on well. If you ate looking for something on the stiffer side with foam this might not be for you. If you want something with a pillow feel to it, then you may really like this pillow. 5I have never given a review for any product I've ... I have never given a review for any product I've used . I COULD NOT WAIT to tell the world about this pillow. I am 71 years old and have had two spinal surgeries. I now have Chronic Nerve Pain Damage as a result of my spinal problems. I had no relief from the many different products on the market today to relive pain. I was sleeping 2 to 3 hours a night when I could sleep...I could not stretch out completly in bed....my recliner was my go-to for any kind of relief, however temporary. Then I saw your pillow advertised on facebook. I decided I'd order it and thought, what the heck, if it doesn't work for me, my husband can use it to read in bed. I want to tell you that from the first night I've had it, I can now sleep AT LEAST 8 hours...no waking up after an hour or so with pain...no waking from pain at all!! I wake up refreshed and pain free!!...I can stretch and turn any way I want in bed because the pillow still allows me to be elevated....the pillow never loses its puffiness. Camara Gig Harbor, Wa 5Versatile and comfortable This pillow is amazing! For all the reviews say it's small, you have to choose the correct size. I ordered a king, and it's more than big enough for me. I bought the pillow to keep my foot elevated after surgery, but now I wish I had had it for my pregnancies, it is so comfy! I also get to use it when my heartburn is too bad to lay flat, or when I want to stay up reading at night! It's so versatile that I will get plenty of use out of it and will recommend it to everyone! 5Great pillow , I did not even buy it for myself , but I use it and love it! This thing rocks .. now I have no idea what to do for a pillow case, But you can flip it 10 ways from Sunday. I got it for my mother in law who has COPD, but she wouldnt use it . So I did , you can sit up in bed , you can put a feather pillow over the bottom part and get support and a feather pillow .. I dont know , I have never been able to sleep on my back, but with this I put a feather pillow on it and off to sleep I go! 5Comfortable and cuddly I love this pillow! I've seen reviews listing complaints that the pillow isn't firm. No, it's not firm. That's the point! It's a flip pillow, and you can pretty much shape it however you want. I have neck and shoulder pain, and have spent a small fortune on pillows. This is the only pillow I have slept on that leaves my neck and shoulders pain free when I wake up. I can arrange it in several positions when I am reading or watching TV, too. It's very well made, smooth stitching, very nice fabric, and enough stuffing to be very comfortable and cuddly. If you need a firm, hard pillow, then this is not the pillow you want. 5Neck Surgery Relief I was saddened to see all the bad reviews of this pillow about how flimsy and flat it is. I thought the same at first and then I saw on the main paper that comes with it to fluff it in the dryer for 15 minutes, that did help. I recently had neck surgery on my spine and this pillow has been wonderful in many different positions. I'm thankful that it's not very firm cause I would not be able to get it to conform to my neck in the different ways I need it to. Now, I will note that I do have another pillow placed below the Contour pillow, but mostly that is because I need to have the elevation to be able to lay in a position where I am in the least pain. But, this pillow has also helped me sleep on my side as well cause I can get the small part of the pillow under my arm in a certain way and the bigger part to form into the curve of my neck.I asked my boyfriend if he would buy me this pillow before my surgery, and I am SO grateful I did. 5don't even think about returning this I was looking for a product I could use to sleep sitting up. This might be comfortable for reading a book at night as pictured but not for sleeping sitting up Very uncomfortable to lay that way for a prolonged period. It just didn't meet my needs. Also, the headrest was much, much smaller than it looks in that picture.VERY EXPENSIVE TO RETURN. I printed out the shipping label and noticed that it had not been prepaid. Even though the pillow weighs less than 4 pounds, the dimensions are large and the cheapest it was going to cost was $25 to return through the post office. Additionally, Contour Living charges you a 20% "disposal fee" if you've opened the product. The disposal fee in conjunction with the shipping cost just made it not worth it to send. 1this will give you more problems I have had a lot of pillows and this was the worst ever. I do not understand why some reviews say it is good. This pillow took over a week to get here and came frayed. It is not made very well at all. And you will see that. The insides were coming out. Since the stuffing is very cheap you can go to the fabric store and get filling to replace it if you want. But it will not atay in the pillow. It is a very soft pillow so if you intend to use it as it is pictured with it touching the wall and your head and back resting on it. It will not work. I even put extra pillows behind it so my head would not hit the wall. But that did not work. This pillow will give u very bad poster. I wish i would have listened to the other reviews aboit this pillow and never ordered it. I hope they let me return it. It is not worth the $40.00 something dollars and the over a week wait time. 1
