    Perfect fit for my wife's La-Z-BoyPerfect fit for my wife's La-Z-Boy. Requires a pry bar or wedges to expand the springs during installation but the result is worth the effort. She reports the rocking mechanism is good as new. 5sturdygood product didnt stop the sqeek but good product 5Fixed My RockerI broke the spring on my chair. I was ready to throw that chair out. Then I thought that maybe that part was available. Yes, I found it on Amazon. These were inexpensive. (They come as a pair.) I flipped the chair over and in half an hour I had the broken spring out and this new one in. The chair works again. As a suggestion, I found a place and attached the second set of springs to a place underneath the chair where they would not interfere with its function.I recommend them without hesitation. If another rocker were to break a spring, I'd come right back here for its replacement. 5I used this for 7 months now (every night to rock a baby to sleep) and it is great. It has the same holes position of the ...It comes with a pair. I used only one to replace one of the original spring of my la-z-boy that was noisy due to a crack in one metal stamped part.I used this for 7 months now (every night to rock a baby to sleep) and it is great.It has the same holes position of the original so I re-used 3 holes, but I had to redrill the other 3 as it was a bit short.I did NOT preload the spring before screwing to the couch and that was probably a mistake (and probably the reson I had to redrill the 3 holes). Without preload the spring will go to an unloaded state when you move through the neutral position. The original spring that I have not removed is preload and does not do that... It is not an issue, the click sound that is it makes is barely noticeable (not worth flipping and rescrewing it again), but I thought to share for the ones doing it for the first time. 5Siffer than single coilReplaces antique single coil spring.
