    great for freezing single servings of bone broth for interval fasting These containers are great if you do the 36 hour or longer interval fast and need some bone broth to get you through it. 4oz seems to be enough broth to get through the fast so these containers are perfect. For "interval fasting" see the "Obesity Code" book in link. I also like to freeze the special sauces from the "Whole 30" cook book. It takes a lot of work to make their BBQ sauce and I may only want to defrost enough for one meal. I was really looking for the 8 oz ... These containers were a big disappointment. I was really looking for the 8 oz containers with snap on lids sold by the competitor, but bought these in a pinch to see if they would work as well for storing individual portions of food in the freezer. To cut to the chase, they didn't. First of all, they claim on the package that they are stackable. The lids are stackable when you're storing them in the drawer, but once you put them on the container and try to stack the containers on the freezer shelf, they fall all over the place. Not only that, but several containers that contained cut up banana pieces, cracked and opened up big holes in the bottom after the contents had been frozen, allowing air to get in and spoil the bananas. Not good at all!! So I'm going to toss these out and go back to the competitor's brand of 8 oz containers with snap on lids that truly are stackable and which last more than a single trip into and out of the freezer--more like 40 or 50 times. There's simply no comparison. 1As Described Exactly as described. Sturdy and well made. One of my favorite things about these little containers is that the tops lock into each other for more compact storage. Also, the lids snap on securely but are also easy to remove. I'll be using these for my kids' lunches so that was important to me to prevent messes. 5Liquid leakage with these containers I bought these to store salad dressing in to and from work. I had read reviews with people explicitly stating that they had no problem with liquid leakage in these containers. Unfortunately, I have had the opposite experience - I will unfortunately been throwing these out, as they have spilled in my lunch sack too many times for me to even consider them useful. 1Love these for taking salad dressing in my lunch Love these for taking salad dressing in my lunch! Container 8 in a pack Good disposable small mini round 4 oz containers with good sealable tops that actually stay on. Well made although one of the eight in the pack was slightly squished probably during packing prior shipping as the shipping box was in perfect condition. 4Small size provides convenience in many ways. GladWare makes sturdy, well-made plastic (?) containers which can be used for food or storage. Here are some of the ways I have found them VERY convenient: 1. For protecting delicate foods in a lunch bag. 2. For providing a non-leak way to pack viscuous or liquid foods in a lunch bag. 3. For freezing ingredients of which you only need a small amount. 4. They can be used in measuring liquids when in a pinch. 5. For storing spice or sugar mixtures. 6. They can be used in the office, bedroom or garage for storing small items such as paperclips, bobby pins or screws.And finally, what I find very useful about them is that you can store the amount of liquid allowed by the airlines to take in a carry-on. Have you every had YOUR yogurt thrown away because it is more than 3 1/2 oz? 5Five Stars Great product, fast delivery. 5good Used these to take some liquids (olive oil, maple syrup) on a camping trip. Even though the lids seem to fit tight, both leaked all over. Did great with the dry ingredients though. Wish the containers would stack somehow when they have their lids on. Lids stack together when separated. 3
