    Good paper towel roll holder This bamboo paper towel roll holder is nice, solid wood and metal, it feels like it should last quite a while, like years. It has a smooth finish.It came clean in the box, with the screws and drywall anchors.The drywall anchors are far superior than the cheap ones with most other holders.My problem with this holder is that the metal end caps for the bar are in no way stuck to the bar and slid off all the time, I am going have use something to hold them on, likely a good-sized hot glue glob inside of the endcap, squished onto the wood bar. I just shouldn't have to do it.I would buy this again and I would recommend it to a friend and I'm picky on quality products. 4Great holder to fit any length roll, rather than breaking your fingers and nails. Highly recommend. some comments said that pulling on the paper towel pulls off the bar. Have not had that experience but it totally solved the problem we were having.With the wooden PT holders that have a spring holder on one side (static part on the other end), out paper towel rolls were falling out all the time. It's possible P&G (we use Bounty) changed the length to metric, which no longer fit the rather exact measurements of our original oak holder.This is very attractive, super easy, and seems sturdy. Highly recommend 5Works great for me..... Purchased this paper towel holder to put on the guest bathroom door. Guests seem to prefer paper to using guest towels often used by a another person. It is attractive for a paper towel holder, super easy to put up. I am happy with the purchase. May get another one for the kitchen. 5Received someone's broken return or horrible quality control... Purchased this to replace our old towel holder in our kitchen. Upon opening the package we noticed that the zip ties attached to the product were already cut (but still on the packaging) and the towel holder was being held in with rubber bands and none of the mounting hardware came with the product as stated in the product description. We decided to overlook the missing hardware and broken packaging and decided to attempt to install it anyways until we noticed that the silver cover on the end of the towel bar fell off as soon as we took it completely out of the package...My husband and I assumed that this was a return that was shipped out to another buyer (us), or the quality control is absolute garbage. Either way, this product was absolutely useless. 1Good quality! I'm very happy with this purchase. The ceramic is a perfect white and very smooth. I love how it hides the blue Dawn soap, how it squirts out the perfect amount of soap depending on how hard you push down, how easy it is to clean, and the shallowness of the sponge holder so that air can easily get to it. Kinda genius how you can situate the sponge holder either to the side - - or in front of the dispenser to catch soap drips - - just by lifting the dispenser top and placing it where you want it. 5Very flimsy and cheap looking Very cheap looking. End pieces are not glued on and do not fit tightly on the wood so they just fall off. The hooks are very flimsy and not screwed on tightly so the spin and fall down. You cannot pull the paper towel off the roll without the roll falling off this junky thing. Returning. It was pretty cheap at $11 but it looks like it came from the dollar store. 1Could be better I will start with the positives. The wood is beautiful and matches my cabnets. It looks like the picture shown on Amazon. It can with the screws to install and it wasn't hard to hang up.The negatives are it arrived with a crack in the center, the hooks are not sturdy, and the wood bar that holds the paper towel has metal pieces glued to the end and mine arrived with that piece loose. We ended up hot glueing it back on.All in all it was an upgrade from the plasyic paper towel holder I had. I was initally happy with the product because of how beautiful it is. I am disappointed in the quality control of the company. I hope others receive their with no defects and I do not believe the cracks happened in shipping because it was packaged well with other products an there was not damage to the box 3No Screws! This paper towel holder looks great, works great and is just what we were looking for.The only Con is that it said "Hardware Included", both online and on the package... NOT!Of course, I expected that to mean that there would be screws included to attach it to the wall, but there were no such items included.What you see in the photo is exactly what we got. Maybe they were talking about the metal hooks? Not much good without them.No big deal. I have plenty of screws around and it only needs two.Anyway, we are very happy with the purchase. 4You get what you pay for. This product is nice looking, and does, I suppose, what it is intended to do. It is very hard, however, to keep the bar that holds the paper towels from coming off of the holder when you try to tear one off. I turn the hooks that hold the bar in toward the cardboard roll of the towels and that helps to keep the whole roll from flying off the holder. It's just so-so. 2Decent Towel Holder For under $12 not a bad item. Definitely a Wall Mount, NOT an under the cabinet mount as the towel roller will not stay in the hooks hanging upside down. I knew this by reading reviews before ordering and I fully intended to mount on wall. Addl. Note: there are no printed instructions, just pictures of how to mount on wall on the back of package. I didn't realize that the mounting screws along with screw hole covers are included until I ordered a second towel holder for the bathroom and received the little package of drywall screws and hole covers. Amazon sent me another unit and the replacement unit did not have the package of screws and hole covers either so looks like you may have a 50/50 chance of receiving them. The screw mounts no big deal as I have lots of different sizes I can pick from in my garage but the screw hole covers really look nice once installed. 3
