Works well for meal preparationI used baking sheet under to make sure it can get them out of the oven safety, as the sides does seem a bit soft to me. Easy to remove frozen means before sealing it.Used it to make items like quiche, cottage pie that I bake, cut with butter knife into portions, freeze the pan, flip pan upside down remove the food from pan and vacuum seal individual portions.5Three Stars A little flimsy. 3So far so goodI like them a lot, so far so good. I used the "bread" pan and the square one, for baking bread or vegetables and it works great. Easy cleaning. Just need to remember is silicon there fore not hard, I almost drop a load of roasted potatoes :-)4Amazing & Wonderful!Great oroduct! So far, I have made quiche, pumpkin pie bars, brownies, and cookie bars and was able to remove the food from the pan and cut it on a cutting board. (I woiuldn't use a knife with these pans, anyway.) I think my favorite, though, is the quiche. It came right out of the pan. I put it on a plate and cut and served it at the table. In each attempt so far, I sprayed a little cooking spray in the pan, which may help with removing the item from the pan. Clean-up was quick and easy.I gave only 3 stars for durability because I have had these only for a few weeks. Time will tell.5Don't buy these aloneI'm new to silicon, it would have been nice if someone had mentioned these can't really stand up themselves. These are better if you have crappy metal pans and these can go right in them to make them useable again, but alone they are kinda useless lol. I have used them as stand alone molds and they hold up well, of course I do handle them differently since they are soft and flexible.
