Customer Reviews

Perfectly covered holes in kitchen countertop Had 2 holes to plug after removing old hot water and soap dispenser. First tried a cover I picked up at HD but the bolt was not long enough for the granite countertop. Happy with my purchase, the bolt is long enough and the nut large enough to tighten by hand. The top has a "flat" appearance and color I ordered nicely matched brushed nickle faucet. 5A great solution for my new faucet I have a sink with three holes for the faucet, and I recently installed a new Moen single-hole faucet that doesn't accept an optional base to cover the two holes on the sides. I looked around for an easy to install (and uninstall) hole cover, and I decided on this one. I'm not disappointed.I got the "Bone" color, and it's a pretty good match for my sink. I ordered one to begin with to check the color and fit, and I'm back to order a second one for the other hole. The cover is shiny and stands out a bit from my older sink, but it looks good overall. It's basically a PVC pipe with a nut and top plate and black seal, but after having the hole covered with tape - this is $11 well spent, IMO.When first set into the hole, it appears that the black seal will be visible, which annoyed me. However, once the bottom nut is tightened, that seal (at least on mine) is completely hidden by the top cap. Awesome! So, give it a chance and go through the install before you decide to return it.Installation wasn't difficult, but it could have been easier. I would wish for two things: (a) a slightly sticky bottom face of the black seal that would help keep it in place and centered while you're lining up the nut under the sink, and (b) a short span on the bottom of the threaded pipe that was smooth to allow you to slide the nut on to the pipe before you needed to line up the threads. I say both of those as someone who has no one else to help hold on to the top of the cover as I'm trying to line up the threads as the loose pipe is turning and tilting as I'm reaching under the sink. All in all, it probably took me five minutes to install it, so it's not a critical thing...just a wish list. If you have someone that can just apply some pressure to the top of the cap while your putting on the nut, you shouldn't have any problem. All in all, I think it's a good buy for $11. 5this filled the bill nicely. yes obviously needed to fill a hole when i had a new kitchen sink faucet installed in my corian sink. this filled the bill nicely. yes, you can buy something similar for 3 or 4 bucks, if you want to limit your choice to either white or chrome. but hey, how many times will you need to buy something like this. i am happy to spend a few dollars extra to get what i want and get the job done right. the color match is almost perfect. and, it's a quality built item. 5Biscuit = white The "Biscuit" color blends in very well with my white porcelain sink. I used this item to plug a hole created when an old water filter system was removed (water flow was super slow and now not needed because of water filter in refrigerator). This is a great item if you are changing around your kitchen sink configuration. Seals securely and covers entire open hole. Hardly even notice it's there now. 5Got to have a washer when you get one of ... Got to have a washer when you get one of these covers and this one comes with a washer. Previous owner's had installed one without that was prone to let water seep underneath. 5Great customer service. Great customer service.Product represented delivered as promised. Product was back-ordered and they kept me in the loop and also offered alternatives if I wanted them. 5Terrific product! Highly recommend!!! So I'm going to rhapsodize about a sink hole cover for a few sentences here. We had one of those semi-kitchen makeovers that involved new faucets but keeping the old sink. We got rid of the soap pump dispenser, moved the air gap down, etc. to make room for the new faucet with its snazzy handle to the side configuration and all of that left me with an unused hole in the sink. The sink has such an odd shape that those big flat covers would not fit. So I started searching for something and ordered this product. I was concerned about how it would fit and look but I should not have worried. It both fits and looks great. By great, I mean it looks natural and doesn't attract notice and appears to be constructed in such a way as to seal the hole well so water doesn't get into the cabinet below the sink. And I think this is a well made product where the manufacturer was smart about the method of installation. Highly recommend! 5Good solution. Would buy again. Good quality, easy to install, matched the finish on my brushed nickel faucet perfectly. 5Looks great and matched our faucet nicely Looks great and matched our faucet nicely. Quick install with no problems. One poster suggested putting painters tape over the top of the lid so that when one is under sink and trying to thread on the nut the threaded stem will not push up through the hole. I threw a couple six inch pieces over the top of this piece, climbed under, screwed on the nut and was finished in less than a minute. Can't get much easier than that!!! 5Easy to Install Works well and super easy to install. Used it to cover up where a small faucet was removed. 5
