    Second try... A corner broke off of the first one shortly after we purchased it. We decided to give it another try since we like the size of this one. 3easy to clean if sprayed with PAM each time its used Spray it with PAM first so it cleaners right up after use 5Doesn't fit in my microwave! Uugh. My microwave is 14 inches deep and this pan is too large to spin on the turntable, therefore the bacon won't cook evenly. Why is there not a bacon pan designed for 14 inch deep microwaves???? This size is really common. Uugh. So frustrating! 1Skip the grease I have one of these and like it so much I'm buying this one for a gift. Yeah, you can put bacon in a microwave on paper towels or plate but this handy tray keeps the bacon out of the fat that drips off when you cook bacon (or sausage). When done, I stand it up in my trash can (with a bag, of course) and let the dripping run off for a while. Then, just clean it with a scrubbie or put in the dishwasher. We like it so much we also have one in our RV! 5Too Short Haven t had long enough to rate durability. Bacon in Texas packaged with longer strips. You have to fold bacon to fit pan. Should be a minimum of 2 longer. The width is fine. 4Broke apart within 2 months Very lightweight/flimsy construction. A corner broke off on one side and a large crack in the other side.... all within two months. Unusable as grease will run out and expectation that further breaks will develop. The rack was not dropped or handled roughly. Never placed in the oven.... microwave use only. 1way too small returned this item. found a perfect one at Bed-Bath-Beyond. 1Best way to get quick crispy bacon! Excellent product. But cover it with something that has ventilation. 5Small Bacon Cooker for Microwave Smaller than I was expecting, but it serves the purpose. Will look for a larger one? 5Designed for bacon but has many other uses. I got this product primarily for bacon but will try it on fish fillets and veggie burgers. The bacon that I have made turned out great but does not "brown" like it does in an iron skillet, however this makes a single serving of bacon (4 pieces) quickly and easily with little fuss and easy clean up. I use paper towels over the bacon to prevent splattering and they soak up quite a bit of the grease as well. I am going to try this on fish fillets and sticks as well. I don't think the plastic will be overstressed by cooking them to a low heat level. I may even try a veggie burger. Product is holding up so far but tedious to clean with all the ridges. 4
