It worked perfectly & was really easy for my husband to install. It only took fifteen minutes. Our sofa with a recliner chair was sixteen years old so I thought we'd never find the part. Jokingly I said let's look on Amazon they have everything! Plus it was inexpensive! Our sofa has been restored! 5I was amazed to find an exact replacement for our reclining sofa/love ...I was amazed to find an exact replacement for our reclining sofa/love seat set that was purchased over 8 years ago. These handles were indeed an exact match. Replaced the old broken ones in about 30 minutes and now there as good as new! 5THE football shaped recliner lever fixJust when I was beginning to believe that I was going to have to adapt another t-type recliner release, this one finally showed up in the item search results to save the day. Perfect form & fit replacement! Just the handle assembly. No cable. 5Close but not an exact match for my Ashley couch.Great part but this didn't have enough photos of the back of the unit to show how the cable connected. I was able to take this and the original part together too make a working substitute but it wasn't a simple one for one swap. 4Nice product, but no instructions included.This recliner handle matched my broken handle perfectly. And it works great. Two issues, however. There were no installation instructions. Luckily, I found a helpful Youtube instructional video for a similar product. Also the attached plastic retaining clip that holds the cable was too narrow compared to the clip on the broken handle. So I took a nail file and carefully filed some of the plastic until the cable clipped snuggly into the bracket. The product does work nicely. I can't tell I even replaced the handle. 4Working greatGreat product. Easy to install and has been fixed. Good as new.
