I am thrilled! 5Can Get ExpensiveI originally bought this to organize my recipes, but I quickly found out this book would cost too much in the end. I decided to give this to my teen daughter to copy what she wants before moving out. But, for my recipes, I winded up getting a box off Easy with my name engraved and then a huge stack of cards from a sale at Michaels. I'm now set for a long time. This book would make a great starter gift, but if you have a lot of recipes, this will get costly. You might want to consider a recipe box. 3Great Graphic Recipe Binder For All of Your Family RecipesThis is a great recipe binder with lots of room for all of your recipes!. There are plenty of half-page recipe cards for all of your short recipes, and I love that these all have plastic page protectors, especially since I'm a very messy cook! I especially love the cute graphics on each recipe card and on the front cover, too!The only negative, is that I wish there were more whole page recipe cards! There are not near enough of these and they are extremely hard and almost rare, to find them anywhere! 5Slightly misled but satisfied overall.Just recieved my recipe book today and I have to say, over all I'm happy with it. I'm unhappy with how long it took (9 days) to get to me. I recieved confirmation that it shipped yesterday and recieved it today so I'm not sure why it took so long for it to ship but oh well. I've got it now. The other thing I'm not too happy about it the note cards are only one sided, which confuses me because I bought an extra pack to match and those ARE double sided. I was a little misled by that because I knew I read double sided somewhere before ordering. I just assumed that if the extra packs were double sided that the ones that come with the binder would be as well. I'll live with it though, the binder is very cute. 3Looks great!I was a little apprehensive buying with some of the reviews, but I'm glad I did. It came in great shape. Seems sturdy enough for routine kitchen use. It has great cheat sheets in the interior. Cards are nice, double sided. Sheaths are great, easy to slip cards in and out. I'm super pleased with my purchase. 5Great customer service!I ordered 3 of these rooster binders. On one, the brad/rivet was broken that holds the 3 ring binder in. I'd seen this is some reviews, but ordered anyway. They responded quickly with a replacement and I easily sent them back the broken one. Great job! -- These are going to be gifts of some of my recipes for my 3 daughters for (hopefully) Mothers Day if I can get them done. I ordered the corresponding recipe cards and they look amazing. Thanks! 5Great CookbookThis item was purchased for my grown son who is beginning his cooking journey. He did not want a "store bought" cookbook. He wanted recipes he grew up eating. This cookbook is gender neutral so it was perfect for a young man. This cookbook is a great gift for anyone wanting to share family recipes or create their own new ones. 5Makes a really special giftI loved this recipe binder. I got it for my friend for her wedding shower and asked everyone who came to the shower to bring recipes on index cards. There are helpful conversions and other information on the binder, and plenty of recipe categories. The only downside is that it doesn't come with very many page protectors (nor very many recipe cards, although I used plain index cards for the extra) and buying more gets expensive. But it was so cool to get a collection of recipes from family & friends, as well as our family favorites, for my friend to use after she's married! Enables you to give a cookbook with a personal touch. 5It comes with everything it said and is really great but very small tooIt comes with everything it said and is really great but very small too! I thought it would be like a regular size binder but this is small where a regular sheet of paper is too bit to fit in it. My daughter is just learning to cook and at 9 years old this is perfect for her but itll definitely need to be replaced in a year or 2. Otherwise i love all the accessories it came with. Everything my daughter needs to start writing her own recipes down. It also has a conversion chart right on it so that saves time too. The binder and pages are good quality and are likely to last a very long time, I love the look of the product and I like how easy the recipe cards come in and out of the sleeves. I have already started to fill the book with my tried and true recipes and I can't wait until I get it complete. It will be something that my son will be able to have when I am gone and he can still fix the foods that he loved as a child growing up at home! 5
