    Heavy duty with nice shower hose attachmentHeavy duty with nice shower hose attachment. 4 hours in summer sun really heats this thing up. Sturdy hanging cord 5A cheap way to go solar....I had a similar unit from another mfg. that I had for years, but it finally gave out, so I searched for a replacement and found this.This seems to be of thinner plastic and I was initially skeptical but I am happy to report that I used it almost daily all summer and it held up very well, despite the fact that I filled it right up to the brim, and the bag does get quite heavy and was out hanging in the baking sun all day. The rigid plastic tube that supports the bag curved a bit from the weight & heat, but did not affect the operation.For ease of operation, I rigged up a clothes line pulley system to the side of my barn so that I could fill it easy and hoist it above the head and into the direct sun.All in all this unit made back its purchase price at least 10 times over in energy saved. 5Great way for warm water!Works as it's supposed to. I dont think the water got as hot as they advertise, but no matter. It was great for washing dishes, and having warm water to shower with while out in the wilderness. I'll definitely be packing this every time for those trips that go deep in the woods. 5Good for the beach!I use this to take it to the beach. There's several beaches that don't have showers in Hawaii. I fill this up before leaving the house and use it before getting into the car leaving it out in the sun gives it the perfect temperature. I've used it multiple times for a good rinse on two adults and three kids. 5Performs as advertised - great for camping (showering and washing dishes)It's worked well the first couple times without issue. I was camping with no shower facilities. Laid it out on some cardboard in the morning, came back in the afternoon, and had toasty warm water. (I could see in the dead of summer that it could get too hot. Partially covering the bag could help out with that.)Some people complained about the hose being crimped. I saw the same thing with my unit and can see their concern, but in reality it doesn't impact the performance. I will say that the nozzle does come off the hose a bit easier than I would expect, but it hasn't been an issue thus far.Overall very happy with the purchase, and think it will be very handing camping (even for washing dishes). 4Hole & Torn Top after about 10 uses!Great at first, but unfortunately it lasted a VERY SHORT time. It got a hole in it after about 10 uses. Also, the bar that it hangs from starts to tear - not reinforced and the material is NOT strong enough for the weight of water. Planned obsolesce isn't just for computers/technology! Please, improve the design, reinforce or use thicker fabric and don't be another WASTEFUL company/manufacturer! 2Works awesome!I wasnt too sure about this item but did not regret it after it's first use. It would have been nice to have some "for best results" attached. This item must be placed high due to tube is very long and if bent water will not release. Other than that I absolutley loved it. 5How to keep it from breakingGreat shower but...,it breaks after while where the bar is attached. I found a perfect fix for that. I put the shower(empty) into " eastsport black mesh backpack" you can buy here for under 15 bucks. I fill it with water at home than I carry it from my car to my sailboat on my back which is kind of heavy but comfortable enough. Through a small hole on the top of the pack, I feed the showers hanger to keep it in upright position inside the pack to keep it from sliding around and leaking. Carry handle and back straps are used to attach the pack to my boat railings so all the weight is carried by the straps and not the shower. Additional compartment is used to store the hose, soap etc. I made a small hole on the bottom of the pack to accommodate small spigot I bought for 2 bucks to attach the hose. When it's time to shower, I hang the pack on the boats mast, attach the hose and that's it. Shower works great, but... 4Four StarsWorka fine, but hard to empty and clean. 4We use these all the time on our boat. ...We use these all the time on our boat .....having several of these allows us to extend our stay at anchor. They save us from using our fresh water in our tank for "real" showers and for washing dishes and clothing. After being in the salt water we hang one of these on the back deck and rinse off. You must be careful though as they can heat that water so you could almost scald yourself. Made well and if washed and laid flat for storage, you will get many years of use. This brand is well made. 5
