    I had to return them since they were much too ...I had to return them since they were much too wide. I needs to chat with your representative since the site, when I went to return it said I could not return them. So your rep went through whatever sources he had and told me they (had ordered 2) they would be credited to my gift card and I should donate them ( which I did) or throw them away. Thank you. I will order the narrower one when this is all settled. 1The thickness from front to back was way more than ...The thickness from front to back was way more than I needed and I had to find a way to remove about 2 inches from it. 3This is a well made product for a reasonable, ...This is a well made product for a reasonable,fair price. Exactly what I need for support. I would warn everyone that when purchasing a support cushion to take the chair you use it with into consideration. The reason the cushion doesnt work for you may be the chair. I have found that this cushion works well for me but that my work chair is somewhat too big to attach the strap perfectly. 5RETURNS NOT ALLOWED! Buyer Beware!The quality was fine. However, the depth of the lumbar cushion was too great and I'm unable to use it. I left it in the original sealed packaging and tried leaning on it, and realized that a different product from this seller would probably be better for me. I didn't see anything about the seller's no-return policy, so now I'm stuck with a $27 pillow I cannot use. My husband suggested using it as a giant pin cushion, but I don't have nearly enough pins. Possibly a dog toy, except that my dog only likes toys with squeakers. I suppose it will end up in next year's White Elephant gift exchange, only to be re-gifted for years to come. 2Works well for relief of sciatica painI confess that my first impression of this lumbar roll was that it was a lot of money for a chunk of foam. Regardless, I thought that it was worth giving it a try. After a couple of weeks strapped to my office chair, the improvement in my sciatica is quite remarkable. The roll is actually holding up quite well so far and really does provide just enough pressure on my low back to relieve the pressure on the nerve. What it does not do well is maintain a "D" shape. I don't think that this has any impact on the effectiveness but it is worth mentioning. 5Buy the SuperRoll InsteadMy physical therapist got me into the McKenzie method, and I am a big fan. I do the stretches every day. I highly recommend the book "Treat Your Own Back" (link: http://www.amazon.com/Treat-Your-Own-Back-802-9/dp/0987650408/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1425422777&sr=8-1&keywords=fix+your+own+back). In making some small postural changes, especially sitting at work or in a car for lengthy trips, I use the SuperRoll (link:http://www.amazon.com/OPTP-Original-McKenzie-Super-Lumbar/dp/B002C9MR8A/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1425422962&sr=8-2&keywords=superroll).I bought this one because they look similar. However, it flattened and did not provide good support during use at work on in the car, and just was not as effective or durable as the SuperRoll. The only reason I did not return it was that it was past the deadline. Buy the SuperRoll instead. 1Great size for an office chairI got this for my office chair at work which lacks lumbar support. I have degenerative spondylolisthesis and facet joint degeneration in my spine, so I needed more support that my chair allowed. It's the perfect size and firmness to fit in the curve of my back, and is very comfortable. The only negative for me is the strap is not sturdy and frayed the first week I had it, which was very disappointing. 4I hope to see a great improvement in my postureHaven't used this long, I hope to see a great improvement in my posture. The McKenzie method was shared with me by my physical therapist because I have a bulging disk in my lower back. This lumbar cushion strapped easily to my chair, and I really like how well it supports me. I would definitely recommend this for better office posture especially if you have back pain. 4I need good lumbar support because I have scoliosisI've had a round McKenzie lumbar roll for over ten years following lumbar disc fusion, and it goes with me everywhere. I need good lumbar support because I have scoliosis. Unfortunately, it was left behind on a recent trip out of state. As I spend long hours on the computer, I had to replace it quickly. Thanks to the marvelous internet and Amazon, I had a replacement within days. This D-Section Lumbar roll actually works better in my office chair than the round roll. It stays in place, is comfortable and I couldn't be any happier!!. If you need good lumbar support, I highly recommend the McKenzie rolls. 5Just so you know.......not eligible for return.too hard for me. Just so you know, this product is not eligible to return. 3
