    Large oval flapper pull still too smallI have an old Lane recliner sofa, 1991. This is a great Flapper pull, solid; mine is plastic on the sofa, but this large one is still not long enough to cover where the old one fits. I m still on a search for it and the springs, no one seems to make them anymore. Such a great old sofa from back then...still comfortable!2Works perfectThis metal one is better than the original plastic one that broke. Perfect fit. It's not often I say this, but again, perfect!!!5Very very niceSure is better then the plastic piece of crap that came on my recliner and broke. Easy install and nice fit. Works perfectly. I was afraid I would have to replace the whole cable assembly. This was an easy and quick install. Think I will replace the ones on my reclining love seat before they break.5Well Made Recliner Pull but alteration may be neededLet me say right off the bat that this all aluminum pull I bought is super great, really smooth and works very well. In my pictures you will see the broken, lousy plastic pull that I replaced with this new all metal pull. The thing you may need to know is that if you are replacing a pull like in my picture, the hole it fits in will be a plain oval because part of the pull goes under the chair's internal frame and the hole it fits in will be a simple oval. The new pull requires a hole like the one above in blue. If you have a simple oval hole, you will have to cut the inner frame of the chair to the shape I have shown. If you can't deal with making modifications to your inner chair frame and your hole is a simple oval, you may need to keep looking. For me it was an easy job to alter the inner frame's shape to fit this type pull. So check first if you're not handy.4Perfect replacement!This recliner handle fit perfectly, was simple to install, works WAY better than the cheezy plastic one that it replaced, feels solid when using it, and was reasonably priced. Seriously thinking about replacing all the other ones before they decide to break at the wrong time!!5PerfectMy mother was in the process of replacing her recliner, when I found this part on Amazon. It worked perfectly and saved her some money.5It's METALHoly cow! I replaced the crappy plastic handle on a reclining sofa. These replacement parts are METAL and SO much better than OEM. Our couch is this massively huge sectional, and I was concerned that I'd have to call in a furniture repair service until I found this recliner handle. It is made SO much better than the original handle we had - which was made out of a heavy plastic. I want to replace all the handles in the world with these metal pull recliner handles because they just feel so much more durable and sturdy. We used an online video to figure out how to install it; it was super easy to install. I am currently sitting in my little space on my couch with my feet propped up while writing this review. And, I'm feeling super happy that I didn't have to pay a fortune to fix my couch. Yay!5Saved the dayWe were able to replace the broken one for a Lane sofa with this. I searched everywhere and they do not seem to make the one for my actual sofa anymore. It was a rectangle and brown. This however is the same size and fit in perfectly. Thank goodness. I missed my recliner.5
