    Different No keys on the piano at all. Definitely not the same as the picture. But it did arrive 2 days later as promised = 1 star 1Pleasantly surprised... I was originally disappointed when I opened the ornament because i did not see a white keyboard as pictured. Then, I realized that there was a keyboard cover that opened to reveal both keys and some sheet music. 5Excellent Quality, and SO Realistic! I have been buying this series of ornaments (different instrument each time) for my musical son for years. They are very nice quality, and extremely realistic. I don't even shop around other brands, because i know I will always be satisfied with this brand (price is very reasonable & definitely worth it). My son absolutely loves the ornaments (probably the only ornament series He would love as a now young man). Highly Recommended! And fast shipping by Prime as well. 5Looks great, feels cheap I bought this for my boyfriend who is a guitar professor. Looks great on our little Christmas tree. It's SUPER lightweight, which is nice for hanging ornaments on weak branches, but the lightweight makes it feel a little cheaper than I'd hoped for. 4My son loved it! Every year for Christmas, I buy an ornament that represents my sons passion for that year so that I can "watch him grow" on the Christmas tree. This year he is really in to electric guitars, and this ornament was perfect for him. He absolutely loved it! It's lightweight so it doesn't weigh the tree limb down. 5Should have been great... Was really looking forward to this ornament for our grandson...but the keyboard was black...no keys...whatsoever! Nothing like the picture. AND the lid stand was already broken. Really disappointed. 1Picture did not match product received On the picture on Amazon, there are piano keys. On The one I received there are none. I returned one thinking that I may have just received one with a defect, and ordered another one. However, the second one also came with no piano keys--so either I'm super unlucky when it comes to defective products, or the picture on Amazon is incorrect and misleading. What a disappointment. 1Great Quality! Purchased as a gift for a drummer, love the detail & quality - very impressed! It's a little heavy for an average ornament but I attribute that to its sturdy construction and wouldn't fault it for it. Also purchased the keyboard ornament and equally well constructed and impeccable attention to detail! 5Great product, but bad packing caused much damage These are lovely and very detailed. Nice finish. I was happy with it after I fixed it, so I just took one star off.HOWEVER, PLEASE, PLEASE I BEG YOU. You have to put more packing material in the box. You can't just let things smash around in there. The laws of physics dictate that shaking is inevitable when shipping. Whoever packed these should be drawn and quartered for complete neglect. I ordered two of these and they both came seriously damaged. I hot glued the parts back on very neatly, but I shouldn't have had to. I don't know if you were saving on weight. I was planning to buys another one for our music teacher, but I didn't. I'd like to order some more next year, but I really am very hesitant to have them arrive even more broken than they were this year. 4Cute Clarinet Ornament Purchased this last year as a Christmas present for our daughter and she loved it. The ornament is made out of plastic but well made and great detail. I purchased a Saxophone one a few years back from a local music store and it was a lot better quality as it was made of metal and better detail but I also paid a lot more for it. So for the price this was wonderful. 5
