    Good for spaGood price good quality 5Happy so farHappy so far. The only thing that disappointed me was that the lid is metal and it makes getting the stones out a little noisier than I'd like. There may be a reason the lid is metal maybe all stone warmers have a metal lid. I don't know as this is my first one. Other than that it great. Works good. The controls can be a little tricky (settings) but read the enclosed materials and it will explain. Also, be sure and do the burn out or whatever it's called where you plug it in outside and let the elements burn off the coating. It stinks and you'll want to do this outside. I'm so glad I did. I've only used it in my massage room a couple of times since I bought it and it still smells just a little but I think it's going to be fine after it's used a little more. Overall I'm very happy with this product.4The digital readout is great to have to know exactly what the temperature is ...It does what I need most of the time. The digital readout is great to have to know exactly what the temperature is especially in a darkened room that is usual for a private relaxation-focused massage. The keys are easy to use. The clean up is a cinch, especially with a big sink and faucet with a movable sprayer.However, It's hard to read it at a glance: especially when I'm working and look up mid-massage-move, I'll look for the read-out and have to focus on the warmer to figure out which number is the setting and which is actual. Maybe if it dimmed down the setting and left the actual full brightness, or had an option to do so.... And it's difficult to adjust once the lights are off... the buttons aren't back-lit or eliminated at all, and this makes for more fumbling around during an otherwise relaxing and quite environment.Also, I don't like that it doesn't hold a more constant temperature like more commercial grade Hot Stone Heater/Warmers out there, or even a hot towel cabinet does. If it held a more steady temperature and not wavered up and down 20 degrees.... both issues would be avoided if it held a more constant temperature. 3compact design makes for a good fit on a little cartSmall but sleek look, compact design makes for a good fit on a little cart. Perfect for a home practice like mine. Love it. 5Adequate for a smaller business, might want something bigger if your focus is hot stone.Okay so I mostly like my stone heater. I do wish it was a bit more consistent in maintaining the same temperature over time, it flexes within about a 5-10 degree range both above and below the set temperature, it also is a bit on the small size, which is to be expected, but if you don't like reusing stones during a massage and would prefer to use each stone only one time, opt for a larger warmer. Over all it is adequate for the business I do, it is more compact than most stone heaters, and since I only do maybe 1-2 hot stone massages in any given month, it just isn't a huge priority to have a large heater for me personally. I would say that you should probably keep it at home and run it a few times before taking it into work, it stinks to high heaven the first few times it runs, but once all the chemicals and such are worn off it shouldn't be a problem anymore. If you can't do that I would at least advise a thorough washing before turning it on, both in the interior and of the removable basin. 3RUSTWARNING: DO NOT BUY THIS HOT STONE WARMER FOR PROFESSIONAL USE!Rarely wrote review but I have to post this for other to know because there is not much info out there.CON:. Easy to use.. Heat up quite fast.. Does hold temp. at somewhat reasonable (+/- 3 F) at temp you set.CON:. RUST! RUST! RUST!. Temp. often goes 3 F higher than setting, which is NOT good for professional use.Even though the description stated that the interior made of stainless steel and the lid made of aluminum to prevent rust, it started to rust after 3 months of constant use. The rust appeared at the parts where the lid and the liner touch. It seem the Teflon there was torn off the the metal inside got rust, even though, again, the description stated they should not. After 1 year, despite the fact that that we have to clean and dry it regularly, it rust more and more to the point of unbearable. Also the temperature of the water is usually 3 to 4 F higher or lower than setting, which make it not good for professional use.In conclusion, this unit may be good for occasional home use where you can clean and dry it right away after each use. But for professional use, it is a big NO NO. 2Cannot return.....The warmer couldn't heat enough for the stone to stay warm . Home use maybe ok. Not for salon use even I turned it 180 .. BE AWARE OF NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN... 2Heats up fastThis hot stone heater works like a pro. It heats up to it's maximum temperature of 165 degrees in 10 - 15 mins. I would definitely recommend this product for those professionals needing a small warmer with good power for those tight studio spaces. 5It s an itemI love it, heats the stones fast and keeps track of temperature accurately 5Great product: saves time and effort, and gives consistent resultsIt's great because you can pick the heating level you prefer, and it keeps the water heated to that level. Otherwise, you'll have to spend valuable time and effort trying to monitor your heat levels and length of time of the stones in your crock pot or other device you're using. And even with the effort, you will sometimes end up with stones that aren't hot enough and sometimes that are too hot. This makes it no effort, and consistent results.It's very easy to use. A reviewer said they couldn't figure out where the water goes, but I think it's fairly obvious - there is a large pot and it's the only pot there is. The only other place you could put the water is if you removed the large pot and put water directly into the part of the heater that heats the pot, but I don't think anyone would do so.It's like a rice cooker - you take the pot out of the cooker, put the rice and water in the pot and slide the pot into the cooker/heater. Same here. Take the pot out, fill it with water and put it back in. That way, you don't need to carry the whole machine to the sink, just the fairly lightweight pot.5Really like this!I researched many of hot stone heaters before choosing this one. This was the perfect size. Hold a lot of different shaped stones. It heats up quickly. This product has worked well for me.
