    Junk.this doesn't do anything.Anyone who knows spas knows it takes a long time to figure out if ozone makes a difference so, how am I supposed to even know if it's working or not? There is no detectable ozone, the seller seems unreachable, the spa water is absolutely unchanged,Just because it has an LED doesn't mean it works. I paid good money for this piece of junk.I'm going to buy one where I can actually see the arc light inside so I know it's working. With this, you get nothing. 1Well, lesson learned.....Died after 30 days of use. Sent email to tech support at A2Z. Never got a response. I read other reviews where the product died after a few months. I thought the manufacturer would be more responsive. 2Very fast delivery and extremely easy installation made this so painlessWe recently purchased a used hot tub and after doing quite a bit of work restoring it decided to purchase this unit based of others reviews. I must say they were right. Very fast delivery and extremely easy installation made this so painless. After about a day of normal operation we noticed mush cleaner water and it had removed all smells. It really is a must have for your tub. 5Save your moneyReceived the unit the other day. Since putting it in my hot tub has gurgled non-stop (has recirc pump). I wanted to check the amount of ozone the unit produces, couldn't detect any. The red light does come on when plugged in. After removing the back of the unit, the green wire is cut at the pigtail and does nothing and the ozone area is a straight thru area with no restrictions. Will be returning it. 1As advertised...I really appreciate when things work like they ought to. The A2Z was easy to install and seems to work great. I didn't realize my older ozone generator wasn't working properly until I installed the new one. I was really led to replace the old unit by a mechanical issue. I'd sprung a leak from the check valve and while replacing the valve and associated tubing (which had gotten pretty brittle)...the nipple on the old ozone generator broke off.Once I installed the A2Z generator I realized...oh wow...that's what ozone bubbles are supposed to look like! I know it's subjective but the ozone bubble flow should be strong and readily apparent. This A2Z unit does that in spades and reminds me of when my spa was new. And, you can't beat the price. 5if it lasts 1 year its worth it for meexcellent ozone generator had it for 3 months now and my non chemical spa stays cleaner much longerOzone generator has died after 6 moths not worth it 1Lasted 1.5 years / Cheap BuildThis product lasted about a year and a half before it unceremoniously died. It feels very light weight and cheap when you hold it in your hand, a fact I could easily get over it would last at least 5 years. Perhaps my expectations are too high for these devices but I just think that for the price it should at least give me 4-5 good years. Also, because replacing these things requires work, I would rather just pay more for a product that had a longer lifecycle. The product DID work as advertised before it died. 1Failed after only 6 weeks!I purchased this item to aid in the water maintenance of my Hot Tub. It worked beautifully for about 6 weeks. Now the red LED light is on the Ozone unit but it doesn't produce any ozone! I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this to a friend.I will not buy again.Pros: 1. Arrived quickly 2. Easy to intall 3. Worked well (for 6 weeks)Cons: 1. ONLY WORKED FOR 6 WEEKS!!! 1Not as bad as originally thoughtHad this unit installed for a grand total of two weeks and it has already failed. Cannot return it because the AC cord plug had to be modified to work with our Spa. This unit is worthless junk. Don't throw away your money, spend a few more $$ and buy a known brand.Update 5/2018. I investigated further and found a poor electrical connection inside the unit. After fixing the connection, the ozone generator started working again, and has been for a year now. So upgraded my initial review to 4 stars instead of 1 (deduct 1 star for having to troubleshoot and repair it right away.) 4Poor quality Product. from Mark on April 24, 2017 Unit did not produce any Ozone right out of the box though the led light indicated It was powered up. Spa tech $90 return shipping $15 my experience with this product priceless. Buyer Beware.... 1
