    Missing PartsI received the coat rack, but the hardware to put it together was missing. I called Advantus and spoke to a representative who apologized and said he would send the parts right out. I never did receive the missing hardware, so I bought a bolt at the hardware store so at least it would stand. I have no washers for the two breaks between the pieces of the pole, so my coat rack just looks crooked and cheap. I will not be ordering anything else from Advantus. 1five StarsSeems like a sturdy piece! 5Advantus Wood coat treeWe use a coat tree in our bedroom as a clothes tree. The design of this coat tree with the straight pegs does not hold the clothes in place. Things tend to fall off the pegs. Perhaps if they bent up a bit, this wouldn't be a problem.
