Do NOT Buy this productI bought the Alligetter....seemed like the perfect solution for clearing stuff out of the disposal system. When it arrived....the light did not work. Not the end of the world BUT is handy for locating objects to clear out...and was a selling point. So I called the number for Alligetter......"that number is not in service". Then I went to the website, alligetter.com......doesnt exist!I am reaching out to Amazon, but somehow doubt I will get much sympathy. So, in short, stay away from this product, and apparent fictitious company.One would expect Amazon to control against things like this....disappointing.UPDATE: I contacted Amazon customer service via online chat, and Mary was a great help to me. I explained the situation, and she corrected it...promptly and accurately. I received a shipping label to return the defective product, and ordered a replacement. She even checked the vendor..and also could not connect with them. She assured me that if I had any problems with the replacement I should simply reach out again...and it would be taken care of.Now that is proper customer service.Thank you Mary1Easy grabberGreat for ppl with fat hands. I've used my Alligetter countless times to retrieve broken measuring spoon pieces among other things that sometimes end up down the garbage disposal. I've always hated putting my hands down there! The Alligetter also has a light, so you can see what you're doing! I'm a gadget lover, and love it when I find something useful as the Alligeter is.
