    Great Customer SupportI just wanted to compliment this vendor as they took a bad situation and made it good. My rake arrived missing a few of the hardware pieces. I reached out to the vendor and they overnighted the missing pieces in time for my volleyball tournament. The rake works beautifully! 5Missing parts and handle messed upDidn t come with bolts to build the rake.Handle already ripped and came off.Should ve just purchased from a hardware store instead of having to make a trip to buy parts. My husband loves it too and has a lot of fun raking the sand, which is now perfectly groomed all the time. I guess you could call it our zen beach. Nice quality, well made. 5Decent Rake but Missing PartsThe rake arrived double boxed a good thing since the inner box had a hole in it and the hardware was rolling around loose. Unfortunately, two nuts were missing so I had to use some I had on hand to assemble it.Also, it came with no instructions. It is not difficult to assemble, but there are a number of ways that the rake brackets can be attached to the rake and handle.Fortunately, the rake appears to be well made and of decent quality. 3Worked the whole season!Item has been great for us all season long without any issues.You will need some basic tools to help you out it together as hand tightening won't be enough. The install time was about 10 minutes but was fairly easy.The item was well packaged as each item was properly wrapped.We used this fake daily in a little league setting for a whole season and it hasn't showed any major signs of use. All of the teeth are straight and no rods are bent. Still looks like new after one season.Like you'd expect from any rake this thing can move some dirt and didn't have any defects m. 5Missing parts-Damaged box!Box badly damaged and taped up. Missing the entire bracket to attach rake blade to the pole. Returned! 1Good product!The takes are very easy to assemble and are made fairly well. The four stars is bacause one was shipped in its own box unprotected and I had to go buy bolts/nuts to finish it. Fortunately the rake wasn t damaged. 4MISSING PARTSMissing parts, the 2 outside brackets to hold rake head stable and tight. I have requested replacements from company, but at this point, not impressed, a lot of money and can't use. Will report more if company sends missing parts. 1
