Didn t have to spend a fortune to get everything together and good quality. I am very pleased with purchase. Like preprinted labels too. 5LOVE LOVE LOVE!I spent a long time looking through all of the options for spice bottles before deciding on these. I m glad I did!As far as the bottle itself, it s what you d expect. Durable, glass, and the usual size. However, this set also came with two different types of labels - transparent ones and black circle ones. Each set had hundreds of spices, and some blank ones to fill in if you manage to find a spice not listed. It also included a collapsible mini strainer to aid you transferring your spices into the bottles - something that I ll be storing and using in the future.I decided to use the black stickers on the lid, and it looks great. I was able to fit 21 bottles in a spice rack that I also got on Amazon. 5Great Spice StorageIt was time to update my spice storage, and I was tired of the myriad of different jars the spices were in. I decided to get a couple of these sets and put all of my spices in the same bottles, with matching labels. I was initially concerned that the labels might not cover all of my needs, but quickly found an applicable label for each. I chose these bottles because of the square shape (easier to fit more in), and the metal lids (which won't break like plastic). I'm happy with them! 5THAT MOST AMERICANS DONT USE THE SPICES ON THESE LABELSThe stickers are so weird , there are spices never heard of before, and that s to say the least. They give you so many stickers for the jars, but 70%. Are both s-ices an ordinary kitchen has, seriously wither add several sheets of blanks or just realize we are not in china or over seas and some of the spices are not used in most cases. I contacted the company, nope no extra stickers for the jars, so I get jars that will look like crap from store bought stickers as these guys can t ship stickers separately. While the jars are awesome, you can package 100- stickers but if there spices we don t normally use, then what s the use of buying these jars? I suggest you start sending out more stickers, blank ones if you can t throw extras in the box, and send me some when I clearly don t need stickers for , Chamuska, chervilRas El Hanout , etc. give me a breaK . All would have been fine if I had 5 sheets of blanks and wrote my own. There is a crap ton of labels, but 5 for each spice, or herb. 8 for 8 different salts, and seriously, that s awesome, but still not enough empty labels for things you don t have on the stickers. The different shape bottles, jars, random plastic bags and zip locks always felt like such an eyesore. These bottles have helped immensely.I originally considered purchasing the 6 oz bottles, instead of the 4 oz bottles because I thought the 4 oz bottles would be too small from some of the other reviews. I'm glad I didn't as the 4 oz bottles are perfect. They are the same size as the (Great Value) Organic spice bottles I used to get from Walmart before I started buying spices from Atlantic Spice Company, which unfortunately their spices do not come in bottles, to save money on our overall food budget.My order was well packaged and everything arrived in perfect condition, other than a few scuffs on the top of some of the lids, which is minor and expected.Each bottle measures about 1.75 x 1.75 x 4.12 Inches. With the lid and shaker lid on, each bottle weighs about 4.4 oz.The list of spices on the preprinted labels are extensive and there are extra blank ones as well.There is a blue funnel that is included. It is soft and retractable.I honestly thought that 2 dozen bottles would be enough, but I was mistaken. I am planning on purchasing another set shortly. I highly recommend. 5I shopped around for you...ORDER THESE!!I ordered similar sets from 3 different sellers because I had over 30 spices, but I didn't want to order 3 sets from one seller and then be disappointed. The verdict was that THIS SET WAS THE BEST! 1. jars are great quality and all arrived in perfect condition 2. labels were nice quality (I ended up using them on all the bottles even from the other sets because they were the nicest) 3. the top has both shaker and pour options (other sets only had shaker lids)This seller even included a note with contact information in case of any issues. Since these are glass, and I'm sure it's possible that they may break in transit, it's nice to know that you can conveniently contact the seller directly, and I'm sure they will be very responsive. They clearly have a commitment to customer service.Don't be enticed by other sets that offer additional accessories like funnels and magnets, etc. It is clear that they take away a little quality from the jars themselves in order to offset the cost of the other items... PLUS, one order I received was missing those fun accessories anyways and when I contacted the seller, they never replied. 5Sturdy Glass Containers For Herbs And SpicesLoved the sturdy square glass jars that I bought this week to replace my 40-year-old round ones. Spent an hour or two after washing them to transfer herbs/spices and apply labels on jar sides and tops. Two negative comments: 1) The provided collapsible funnel wasn t very helpful because the herbs caught in the rubbery funnel; and 2) the metal screw-on tops looked a bit flimsy and discolored on the tops. Time will tell if these hold out. Maybe plastic tops would be sturdier? 5Excellent replacement for the older round spice jarsFor years I ve used the traditional round spice jars with the white screw on caps. Over time one has rolled on the floor and broke, but the biggest problem was that the plastic caps crack and broke. So,looking for a solution, I decided on these. A good choice. They came quickly, and, unlike some of the reviews, in perfect condition. I consider these to be an improvement over my previous ones. First, they are square, no more rolling. The outer cap is aluminum, it won t rust, and, more important, it won t crack or break. The inner, snap-on pourable lid has generous holes for shaking out spices and, along one edge, a snap-open flap for spices that may be too big for the holes or if you are in a hurry. There is a generous, pre-printed selection of labels. I noticed that one review said that one label did not have a sticky back, possible, but I discovered the if one digs down a bit too far at the edge of the label they can bring up a piece of paper with it. I suspect that was their problem. Possibly the only complaint I have is that the labels are white printing on a black background, this is fine for the pre-printed ones but for the blank ones you may have a problem finding something legible to write with. But I am pleased and would order them again. 5Great...except the clear labels.We love them and ended up buying a second box (total 48)...the wife and I spent a couple of hours transferring spices from goofy bottles to all same size, same shape jars.The only criticism is the transparent labels are black on clear and pretty much worthless (unreadable). I will probably end up using my label maker. The round labels that do on the caps are fine.And, lemme tell ya you get a BUNCH labels...there was a premade label for almost everything we had in the pantry.Definitely recommend. 4
