Big black binder does its job.It s a basic black binder. There is nothing particularly special about it but there is also nothing wrong with it. It serves its purpose and the rings make a satisfying and loud smack when you close them. I liked irritating my classmates by opening and closing it excessively. 5RoomieVery happy with this. I was hoping for different colors. I put each person of the household records like doctor bills and receipts in each once. I stareted with a two inch one. But quickly outgrew them. Hopefully the 4 inch bunder will make it through the rest of the year. Best value I've found so far. 5DurableBought this to use as a cookbook with plastic sleeves to hold my recipe cards. So far it has held up really well. Sometimes it is a bit hard to turn the pages over the d shaped rings, but nothing I can't handle. Nice rings...no gaps...very heavy duty. 5Heavy Duty!We use these binders to hold our school curriculum, which is hundreds of pages in page protectors. I'm constantly flipping through and setting the binders down in various places, so they get a lot of use. We've never had to replace one! Definitely a great value. 5.I needed to upgrade from a 2 inch binder to this 4 inch binder because I homeschool and print things daily and keep records of his lessons if there are any questions.It came on time and was in great, new condition. I hope to get many years use out of this binder.My only issue is how much thicker the rings are compared to other smaller binders. A standard hole lunch does not give much room to flip pages. You can flip the pages but needs to be done carefully to not tear them. Yes, I use the reinforcement stickers on all my hole punches. 4The item was basically as expected. Though I checked the measurements of the binder against the measurements of the CD insert pages before making the order, it did not occur to me that placement of the rings in the binder would result in 12" being too short. Upon completing my CD and DVD storage project, the CD insert pages stick out because when placed within the the binder rings, the insert pages are wider than the binder covers. This is something to consider if a buyer is looking to pair this item with CD insert pages made by Vaultz. 4A Good Value in a Heavier 4" BinderI used these to organize a number of printed patterns into categories. The rings are pretty sturdy, the price is good, and the cover is solidly made. I expect to get a lot of use out of this set of binders. 4
