I would have absolutely loved this benchI would have absolutely loved this bench. Except when I took it out of the packing some of the crystals had fallen off, Which isn't a huge deal I can fix them. But my biggest issue in there is a hole in the leather. I'm planning on ordering the matching bed and now I'm not so sure.UPDATE:I received a replacement pretty quickly!! No issues with this one! It's beautiful and I ordered the nightstands to match and soon the bed! I hope I won't have any issues with them! It wasn't noticeable to anyone else because it's on the bottom of the bench (i hand stitched the material together so it would flap down) but still I paid for a brand new product that I expected to come in perfect condition. It may have happening during the shipping/delivery process because the box did look a bit beat up so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Otherwise it's a really nice bench for the price we bought it for. 4Absolutely beautiful!!!!I loved this when I saw it but had some trepidation about purchasing it after reading the reviews about receiving damaged goods. I was also leery with regard to the shade of white since it was going against something pure white. I received the bench in two days. It was packaged extremely well, the bench was wrapped in a soft foam material to keep it clean and prevent scratches, supported and secured on each end with additional packing, the feet were in the zippered portion, and only one loose rhinestone (which I glued back on in 2 seconds). I removed all the packaging and went to work attaching the legs with a Phillips head screw driver. Yes, there are pre-drilled holes under the black mesh that covers the bottom of the bench. There's a diagram that shows which way to set the legs on but I just pictured what the bench would look like sitting upright and it was easy to see which way the legs should be affixed and the screw holes on the legs aligned perfect with the pre-drilled holes underneath the mesh where they were sitting. After screwing in the four screws of the first leg I decided to get my drill out but it was too big and I couldn't drill straight down because of the shape of the leg so I got a ratchet screw driver to make the job easier (but if you don't have anything but a Phillips screw driver you can still attach them). I love everything about this bench -- it is even more beautiful in person than depicted in the picture and it is pure white so it did not clash with my furniture. I would definitely buy this again if I had somewhere to put it. P.S. By the way, I dragged this from my porch into the house and down the hall to my bedroom, unpacked it, screwed the the legs on and set it up and I'm 70 years old -- easy peasy! 5Nice piece but.....Looks great for what I'm doing with it in my living room.. Made fairly well, because it's white and faux leather, I wouldn't recommend anyone sitting on this piece without a throw underneath.. You don't want someone sitting on it ripping it or dying it from their clothing..when I received it 3 of the diamond buttons came off not sure if it was the packaging or it was already like that. One area the button is off and the tuft is lifted...I just didn't feel like packaging this up and sending it back off... So I'm going to glue buttons back on and put a nice throw over it... uuughOther than than that if ordering pray it comes in one piece!!! 4Fabulous!Hello, I love my bench or Ottman, I love bling bling, so this is perfect, It goes well with my other pieces, I'm waiting on my white leather sofa, I gave a 5 star because it's just like in the picture, fabulous! It do have a weight to it, not too heavy but good enough,and it is pure white, not off white or egg shell,or cream. It can be use as an Ottman or you can sit to the side as a bench or use it for a seat at the foot end of a bed! Very lovely piece! 5But overall it's a beautiful sturdyI'm so Inlove!!! Now ... a couple of the Rhine stones have fallen off but I just glued them back on with gem glue. But overall it's a beautiful sturdy item 5Five StarsBeautiful piece for the price made the room love it 5
