Thought I was buying a high quality item. Went to use it, downward pressure and pushing it only locks up the wheel and tears the dough. 1RIP Ravioli Stamp.I've been using a ravioli stamp for years to make my ravioli. It's a real pain! THIS WORKS SO MUCH BETTER!!! 5Just don't but this productDon t waste your money. This wheel is very poorly constructed it is something you can buy at your local dollar store for much less money.When you roll the device over the dough it wobbles from side to side because the tolerances between the wheel and the pin that holds it in place are so poor. It is not professional quality as advertised.The grip handle is only 3 1/2 inches long and less than 1 inch wide. It s difficult to hold. The wheel is about 1 3/8 inch diameter and is difficult to roll through the dough.Just don t buy it! 1worked perfectly, i just needed something quick and cheap ...worked perfectly, i just needed something quick and cheap to make ravioli and this did the trick! cut right through my dough :] 5A decent job for your ravioliDecent ravioli wheel for the price. Ie you pay for what you get. If you really want sharp, crisp edges without any bit of dough that didn't cut through all the way/getting stuck and then you having to run the blade back over it/tearing it, then you should probably buy the 49 dollar dual sided brass one made in Italy. BUT, for the price this one will get the job done albeit a bit slower and not as clean or professional looking. 3Works great for a great priceI wanted to make homemade ravioli's for the first time recently so I bought this. It is nearly identical to the one that my grandma had, including the little ringing sound that it makes when you spin the wheel in the air. Anyway, it cut and sealed the ravioli's very well. Quick note - when you press the top layer of pasta dough over the filling, make sure to systematically get the air out from the ravioli pockets otherwise it won't matter much how good of a pasta wheel you have. 5Love it!I bought this to make my homemade dog treats. I just roll out the dough to about a 3/16th inch thickness and use this wheel with the zig-zag edge to cut them into 1 inch squares. When I bake them, the edges stay defined and pretty. It's a great little tool for not much money and really does the job well! It was a very good purchase for me and my needs. 5Great little ravioli wheelGreat little ravioli wheel. I have used it when making ravioli with wonton wrappers. After I drop the filling on one, I brush a little egg around the edges, fold it over, the seal it with the wheel. 4Good ravioliWe made our first ravioli with this tool and it is Awesome! We cut them easily, it is not sharp, so it didn't cut it without merging the two layers wich is very useful, we did not have to touch the border again, it was sealed and shaped at once! 5
