Love it but impossible to fold This cover works great with every cart or high chair I have tried it with. I love that it keeps my daughter away from all those germ. I have washed it a few times and has held up great in the machine. My only complaint is it is impossible to fold and I can't fit it in my diaper bag. I wish I had realized that some covers came with the option to fold into a pouch or bag. If I had known that I would have bought one of those instead. I'm considering buying one of those and just keep this one in our second vehicle. 4Great for shopping carts... not so much for high chairs. Works GREAT for shopping carts. We frequent Target, Kroger, and TJ Maxx. I am giving 3 stars because it really doesn't work that well for high chairs. It doesn't hold on the the high chair like the shopping cart it fits like a small blanket with leg holes. It is easy for Baby Girl to pull it off the back or front or sides and try to chew on the dirty highchair. 3Not a good fit at all This material is easily cleaned but that's about all the good to it. It doesn't "fit" on anything buggies or high chairs. There should be more fastens or elastic. What's the point in a cover if the child can easily pull it back and touch or put their mouth all over the high chair or buggy. 1Great for cold/flu season I didn't think I needed a shopping cart cover until my baby decided to lick the cart handle one day. Yup, that grossed me out! So I immediately ordered this cover based on reviews and based on brand. I have enjoyed my boppy branded nursing pillow so I figured their shopping cart cover would be great too. Plus, I like the color options.Things to note: 1.) the book attached to this is just two pictures of owls with the numbers 1 and 2. No actual words. It does make a crinkle sound so my baby is into just crinkling the pages. In addition to the book, I have managed to attach other toys to the cart cover (anything with a plastic ring) that are more exciting to play with so at least there are options.2.) This will not secure to a plastic Target shopping cart. It WILL cover all areas of the cart but it won't actually buckle to the cart because the buckle won't fit through the plastic squares on Target's carts. When we go to that store, I use the cover and buckle my baby into the cover but she is in no way secured/attached to the cart. It goes without saying but never leave a baby unattended in a cart. Mine likes to stand up the second I turn my back.This cart was more of a germ cover than a cart seatbelt for my baby and has served it's purpose well. I also use this on restaurant highchairs and any other public places that baby can sit (including baby park swings) 5This is a nice product. The only thing I dislike so far ... This is a nice product. The only thing I dislike so far is it does not fold into a pouch or bag. You just have to roll it up and stuff it in your vehicle, it is even to big to store in a diaper bag, or carry in a personal purse. The fabric and how it is made is great quality. The leg openings seem a little small, so if your baby has any size to their legs, it may be tight and a fight to get them in. 3Just what we needed! (And YES, fits Target carts!) Not sure why the other reviewer said it won't fit a Target cart - we just got home from there and it was just fine! (see picture) I really like this - have used it both in a high chair and at Target so far. It's a good mix between padding and bulk. It's certainly not compact, but since I'm just taking it from the car to the store etc., it doesn't bother me. Haven't even tried to "fold" it honestly. But I like that there's a little padding so my child is a little more comfortable. 5A Must-Have Baby Item. I'm a firm believer in wearing my baby as much as possible. However, at 11 months old my baby started reaching down and trying to grab the cart whenever we were shopping. This worried me because grocery carts are a known breeding ground for bacteria and nastiness. So I purchased this a few weeks ago and so far it's been a big hit. She loves riding in the cart and her face expresses pure bliss every shopping trip we take.THINGS TO LOVE: It's super easy to install by myself with one hand. It literally just slips right over the cart and is ready to go. The protection on this is great. It covers every part of the cart within baby's reach. I've also had zero issues of my baby trying to lift the cover up. This has a great amount of cushion. My baby has always seemed comfortable. The material is easy to clean with a wet cloth and also keeps baby cool in the hot summer months. It's made out of polyester and is water resistant. This seat comes with it's own seatbelt!THINGS NOT TO LOVE: Putting this on certain carts causes static shock to constantly shock my hands whenever the cart is moving. Constantly being shocked is a huge con. It doesn't seem to bother my daughter but I try to keep her hands off of the handle as much as possible. The attached crinkle-toys are a nice feature, however if your baby is over 6 months old they won't have any interest in them. This cover is bulky and doesn't come with a pouch/bag to stuff it into. It just floats around in the SUV trunk, like an unfolded blanket would. The big ugly warning label is such an eyesore. Luckily, this is pretty much covered when baby is sitting in the seat.Overall, for the price this cover is great. The design is nice and doesn't scream baby with loud primary colors like most cart covers do. This cover gets the job done and is in my car at all times. 4Definitely a must-have Initially I thought this was one of those things baby stores tell you to put on your registry but you don't really need it.Fast forward 6 months and my baby is teething like mad and wants to drool/bite on everything. I love having this cover to protect both her and the shopping cart when I go to the store so that I don't have to worry about wiping down the cart before/after we shop. Does great in the washing machine when I need to clean it. Also adds some cushion to the hard plastic/metal on carts so baby is more comfy and actually enjoys being in the cart.Only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I wish it had some hooks/loops built in to attach toys other than the one that comes with the cover. 4Well used review I'm terrified of my children traveling thru Wal-Mart with me, and catching some awful flu that wipes out the entire family. Not to mention, a baby gnawing on the handle of a shopping cart is just a stomach turning sight! So I purchased this to use with my first child who is now 3. I'm still using it with my second child, who is now 1.5. It does its job. Ive also dumped cheerios right into the seat without concern, during an 8 month old tantrum in aisle 6. I've even been neglectful, and accidentally left this outside thru rain and heat, for about a week! (How embarrassing) But retrieved it, and thru it in my washing machine. It was almost like it never happened. Works perfectly. Keeps my kids clean and safe with an attached belt. Even a crinkly toy to keep a babies attention, for a moment. I would purchase this again! 5A Must-Have This thing is a lifesaver! We like to get out of the house and browse around stores, and this product has been wonderful in helping us do that with my almost 10-month-old. We keep it in the car because we'd be lost without it. We didn't start using it until she could sit up on her own, and even now, we pack blankets in on each side because she's petite and we want her to feel cozy. It fits great in most carts (Target's carts, thankfully), but it's a little ill-fitting with bigger carts, like those at Sam's or Costco. Even then, it still does its job. We take the little toy links and hook my daughter's toy on to the toys already on the cover, and it works out great in keeping her entertained. 5
