    Good quality, as expected. It's a Bunn coffee carafe. It wasn't damaged when it arrived, no production flaws, no other issues. Not much else to say, really. 5LOVE it had to buy 2! These were a little thinner glass than the original, but it worked just fine and I am actually liking the lighter weight. 5Fast shipping, fits great It was shipped quickly, and just what I needed to replace the carafe that I broke! 5Good quality... Let it cool. Works well great quality... Remind your staff not to clean while hot! Cold water will shatter this in a billion pieces... Learned the hard way. 5Same quality as original equipment. This is my second order, quality is good, but untrained people sometimes try to clean it while still hot, and it shatters. It is durable and will take mild abuse, but quick temperature changes are a mortal enemy to this product. Is as good as the original equipment. 5Not the same shape as the picture. So one day I broke the old one at work and went online and found this one. In the picture it was round just like the old one was. Well it did lie but still a great coffee pot. Luckily there is two at work so I was able to get this one fast with out any one knowing it was gone. Funny thing is they knew right away there was a new one because of the shape but they like the new one better. I just have OCD and will order a replacement one so I can retire the other one. 4Glass pot to replace the terrible plastic ones to eliminate noise - Yes I said noise! Excellent quality and a solution to the annoying sounds coming from our Bunn coffee maker! We purchased the Bunn Model# VLPF two pot automatic coffee maker for our office. Unknowingly, I purchased the high-impact-resistant (plastic) coffee pots. From day one, when the coffee pots would get about half empty, they would make the most annoying and loud spitting, popping, rumbling sounds. (This was not the water heating.) If you picked up the pot, the noise would stop. I called Bunn and they had heard of the issue and said to put 5 pennies on the burner to lift up the pot from the burner. What!!?? LOL, it worked a little bit, but after spending $518 for a new professional in-line water coffee pot for our office's conference room, having these sounds coming out of the machine in the middle of meetings was embarrassing.On a fluke, I thought the light weight of the plastic pots may have something to do with the noise, so I bought one of these glass pots. From day ONE, the noise was gone. It has been several months and total silence.My initial thought was how could Bunn NOT know of this issue since the plastic pots were also made by Bunn. Pennies!? I'm writing this review in case anyone else has this issue. I've tossed the junk plastic pots and bought another one of these for the second burner. 5and are great quality! these are a very good replacement for ... A Co-worker of my broke one of these at work. We went to Sams Club to buy a replacement and they were 2 for $80!! I looked them up on Amazon real quick and showed her the price difference. We ended up ordering two. They came in, and are great quality! these are a very good replacement for commercial decanters. We gave them to the kitchen, and they were very pleased with us being able to buy two to replace the one! 5Received Wrong Pot but it Does the Job! I didn't receive the decanter pictured. Instead I received the new styled ergonomic decanter. I contacted Amazon and they sent me a replacement decanter free of charge, but it too was the new ergonomic design.I contacted Amazon to let them know something is amiss with this listing as the decanter being shipped isn't the old style non-ergonomic decanter. I advised them to investigate this item listing to make sure the item is still available and to not send me another.I now have 2 ergonomic decanters which work great. They don't drip and do the job very well. I just don't like the design of ergonomic pot as well. I like the old fashioned ball design better.I want to thank Amazon for Great Customer Service and attempting to send me the correct decanter. I am giving this 4 stars because I don't like the aesthetics of the ergonomic decanter. I prefer the older "ball" style decanter. 4
