Heavy, sturdy and easy to installWe bought 2 of these faucets to replace 2 high end faucets that we bought 6 years ago which turned out to be totally worthless. Based on reviews of this faucet and the price, we went with this style. I am pleased to say that this faucet exceeded all of my expectations. Very heavy, sturdy and beautiful. We installed them today with just a little learning curve on the first one, the second took less than 15 minutes! The water runs very fast at full blast but is easily controlled with the handle. We had shopped at our local hardware stores and were not happy with the poor quality of vessel faucets at expensive prices. So getting 2 for less than the price of 1 is an added bonus. 5We love it!Absolutely beautiful faucet! We bought the oil-rubbed bronze model and it was a fantastic addition to our newly remodeled bathroom. The reviews seemed to be conflicting as to whether or not the faucet came with the drain stopper; it did. The faucet is a tiny bit on the noisier side, but not bad at all. But the product is poor quality and I get no responses when I try to contact the seller and Amazon was no assistance either. I bought this faucett last fall which was for our new construction of our house. When it was installed a last months it leaks around the top when the water is not running..... leaks so bad it flooded the bathroom and water even went into the bedroom doing damage to the bedroom floor. The floor damage has been repaired but I would like the faucett replaced with another one ... to use the water we now have to turn water on and off with shutoff value every time the water is used. Amazon would do nothing but give me a phone number in which I'd only an answering machine and no one responds. Big. If lesson.... never buy items for new construction several months in advance at least not on Amazon. And do not buy this product from this vendor. 1Excellent quality for the price!The faucet is well made. I love the shine to it. Great quality for the price. We purchased five for all of our bathrooms. No regrets. A similar faucet at Home Depot costs us over $120.00. We returned all of them after receiving our Amazon order. Another plus is we received delivery in one day due to our Prime account. With our home depot purchases we had to drive to four different stores to find stock. That was extremely annoying! 5Good looking and great priceA truly good looking faucet. The price was very good, the faucet feels well built and looks great. Installing the faucet and the pop up drain couldn't have been easier. I only installed it two days ago so I can't speak to the longevity of the product but I am initially very happy. My only criticism is that the directions appear to have been poorly translated from another language to English...... if this is your first faucet install and you need the directions they will not be very helpful. In cases where I find the directions poorly written I usually turn to Youtube for instructional videos.I wold recommend this product. 5GORGEOUSWe recently remodeled guest and master bathrooms, searching all over the local larger stores for faucets, but selections are very limited. I saw these but was reluctant because they weren't a brand name, but read all the reviews, showed our contractor, and he thought they might work out as far as the size. We ordered a total of 4 for the vessel sinks we chose, and when they arrived ( very fast delivery, packaged great!) we were extremely pleased with them. Contractor did all the plumbing, and he said there were no issues placing them. We can't be any more happier with this selection. These are not cheap looking or feeling. They are large, make a beautiful final touch to our bathrooms. You won't be disappointed! 5PLEASE READ REVIEWS, MANY LEAKS!Less than 18 months and one of three faucets blew apart and flooded our new house. We were making supper Christmas eve when the cat and water came running down the hallway. The hot line blew apart inside the faucet, as the end of it was still screwed into water line. ALSO, March 2016 I bought 3 of these and one leaked right out of the gate and it was a battle to get a refund, and my plumbers warned me about putting cheap faucets from a company in China with no phone number in my new home, but over budget, I comprimised. After reading all reviews, many people had leaks. It is my conclusion that the 3/8 connections on faucet should be 1/2 like a Moen/Delta/American Standard. Cheap metal, too thin. I posted a picture of broken end of faucet still inside water line after we soaked up 50 gallons of water. I'm a building contractor my plumbers are the best in this area, 2 sole proprietors and do nothing but plumb new construction with a combined 40 years experience. Spend the $300.00 at lowes, home depot or menards and avoid this. Pitcher faucets are expensive and you will get what you pay for. Alot of finish wore off as well on all 3 faucets inside 6 months, also a common problem with these if you read reviews. Lucky we were home!! #learnthehardway. 1This Faucet is fantastic, classic robust and sleek, plus It s easy to install:This "Faucet" is fantastic, classic robust and sleek, plus It s easy to install:DISCLAIMER: I m not responsible for your install, these are just tip s, if you can t figure it out call a professional plumber.1) Before you start, go under your sink of your old faucet and find out which line is hot and cold water and mark the lines and turn off your water.) Remove your old faucet, I can t help you with that. Clean / prep the counter top for faucet instillation.2) With the Faucet in hand, place the black rubber gasket rigid side up to the bottom of the faucet. (note: it s a bit of a struggle to get it to stay under the faucet, but it will stay in place.)3) Connect red line on the left (same side as the hot water) Cold line on the right (same side as the cold water) if your still unsure lift the handle and turn it to the hot side and blow in to the red line, if air comes out your good, if not your lines are crossed, it s a simple trick. 11 mm wrench is what I used on the hot / cold lines to tighten them to the faucet.4) Next remove the large brass nut from the fixing screw (large brass threads) and screw the fixing screw in to the bottom of the faucet hand tight.5) Insert the faucet along with the o ring assembled lines and fixing screw in to the hole of your counter top.6) Let s go under the sink, insert the clear o ring through the hot/cold lines all the way up to your counter top followed by your large nut, (this might take two hands one on the faucet and one screwing the nut on) now start screwing your large nut to your fixing screw. The order from top to bottom should be: Faucet, Black O ring, Fixing screw, (counter top) clear o ring, large nut and finally hot & cold lines in-between it all. Tighten the large nut (I used an adjustable wrench) Both o rings should be on your counter top protecting it. Tighten the nut to where the faucet barely moves, now center the faucet to your vessel sink and tighten the large nut a little more. You should NOT have to tighten the large nut crazy tight, the o rings help keeping the faucet in place.7) Put white thread tape on your threads coming from your house lines. In the box was some cheap thread tape, so I used my own (I think it s 0.99 cents from Home Depot).8) Tighten the faucet lines (female) to you house line (male) and now you re done. Go back and double check your set up before you turn the water on, make sure nothing is loose. Done!!! I didn't install the drain, this was a replacement to my older sink and the drain was already established. 5So pretty and sweet to the eyes.Gorgeous product. It looks pretty sweet and over a bowl sink it is wow to the eye. The water lines and the stopper are easy to install and looks, did I mention this looks so sweet!? It would have had more stars if they actually worked. I couldn't get more than a trickle from them. I ordered these at the start of a bathroom renovation and 34 days later installed them. They don't work well; no water flow. I couldn't return them because Amazon only allows a 30 day return. I bought a different set and it works perfect. 1
