    If I could turn back time! I gave this product a 1 overall because I am not happy with the discrepancy in product quality. I ordered it the first time (that's right, I'm on my 2nd round) and it was fluffy and probably one of the best comforters I've ever owned! Then, I put it in the dryer (per instructions) just to give it a little "fluff" and refreshen the scent... it came out feeling like I'd stuffed an egg crate (you know the memory foam ones you buy to put on your mattress) inside it. My daughter and I were extremely upset! I came to the review section only to find I wasn't the only one this happened to. So, naturally, I ordered another one so I could have my luxury bed back. It arrived and my daughter tore it open immediately!! (goodbye egg crate!!) Unfortunately, the replacement is so paper thin, it feels like a small throw rather than a luscious comforter (a whole new meaning to "lightweight"). I don't dare spend $60 more to try again... so I'm stuck either sleeping under a foam mattress pad or rice paper. Maybe next time I will remember to read the comments before trusting product instructions. 1Really nice comforter. Love this comforter! Fits great on bed, comfortable, and fluffy. Put in dryer to get out wrinkles. Pillow included in package is very small and doesn't really add much to the decor but still a very good buy. Very pleased.CAUTION: Don't recommend using fabric softener or dryer sheets because they stain. Had to re-wash to get out oil from dryer sheets. 4One 20-minute cycle in the dryer on very low heat and it was ruined. I removed the comforter from the packaging, which was vacuum sealed and probably why it came out rather wrinkly. This makes sense to conserve on space yet because the directions indicate that ironing is not an option, the only other way to get out the wrinkles would be to tumble dry low for 15-20 minutes with a damp rag. After pulling it out the filling inside was bunched up and stiffened so it would not lay down flat. It was so bizarre! It came out more wrinkly than when it went into the dryer. Before I purchased this, I read all the 1 star reviews and several others mentioned this problem so I knew it was a risk. I have purchased other items that had 1 star reviews and did not experience the same issues, so I thought I would give it a try because my husband and I actually agreed on the design and thought it would look great in our room. Pretty disappointing but I knew it was a risk, so it is getting returned and I will hunt for something else. *Not sure why the picture is sideways but hopefully you get the idea of what it looked like coming out of the dryer.Here is what I *would* give 5 stars to though: Amazon Customer Service. The man I spoke with was great. He quickly resolved the issue, sent me a label to return the item, refunded the money back to my Amazon account, and UPS will be picking it up today. Zero hassle. 1Make sure you look at photo I thought at first there was no way this was made for a king bed once I put it on. I didn't look at the photo and noticenthe flowers go to the side not the bottom like most comforters with a similar pattern. Once you get it the ri way it fits. The material it a little funky but it is very light and stays cool. If you want a nice heavy comforter this is not the one for you. 4Purple Lovers Dream! Purple Lovers delight! Just the right amount of purple for my daughter s room, because she loves purple and all purple is too much. This is just right and she loves it. the weight is lighter than we anticipated, but thi wil make a great comforter for the summer.****The size is great, the color-wonderful, the weight lighter than expected and the pillow is nice but different, it s embroidery should have been on the comforter or the shams. Fair price 4I'm happy with the product except the decorative pillow I'm happy with the product except the decorative pillow. After washing it, the pattern (stitches) was all messed up and frayed 3Confused I washed it and dryer it and part of the comforter became stiff. I thought maybe it was just concentrated detergent washed it again and still the same thing. I m very confused why only part of it became stiff it feels like the cotton inside has all stuck together. Even fresh out of the dryer it will not straighten out looks super wrinkled. 3It has more wrinkles than I do! Cute set but very wrinkled even after washing per instructions (the dust ruffle is fine to dry on the recommended low setting). The decorative pillow reads to "spot clean only". I plan to follow those instructions as well. Don't expect to receive a comforter that looks like the photo. Clearly that one is plumped, pressed and carefully pinned as most product photos are.Be nice if the shams were simple pillow cases. The edges are floppy and make the bed look sloppily made (clearly I need to speak w our maid). I do like the open composition and asymmetrical print. Since the comforter is square the negative space can be at the top of the bed or over one side (as shown in the photo).It would make me happy to resolve the wrinkling without melting the polyester. 3Cute design but cheaply made Received this item today... the design itself is pretty, but I was expecting a little bit better quality. The material reminds me a lot of walmarts cheap bed-in-a-bag.. if ur looking for something cute and cheap definitely go for it but if you want better quality look for something else. 3Color was green and not black I was really excited about this comforter because the colors of my room are black and red and when I saw this I thought it was perfect. When I opened it it didn t really look black but I thought it was just the lighting since it was kinda dark. But after I got it into the light I realized that it was in fact not black and it was more of a dark green!! I added pictures next to my black sheets to show the difference in color. I m very upset because I was very excited about this comforter and am very disappointed with how green it is! 2
