    Good storage solution for small kitchens I was hesitant to order this item after reading reviews regarding the doors not lining up etc. I took a chance given for the price of a cabinet with a granite top, it was worth a chance. I'm glad I did given I experienced no issues with alignment. It's an 8 step assembly and includes a step by step narrative with the instructions as opposed to just pictures. The tricky part of assembly was the drawer given that took a bit of time. If I had to indicate a con, I'd prefer flat shelf holders versus the round metal ones they send. The adjustable shelf is wobbly with those. I can just replace them at some point. Took me two hours by myself and was worth the buy! 5Almost perfect... almost! I would have given this 5 stars... however -- while there is risk in any furniture that you must assemble yourself, I had high hopes that this would be easy. It was easy at first, every piece well-labeled and went together as instructed...until it came time to attach the granite top. The pre-drilled holes didn't line up, making it next to impossible to assemble as instructed. Wrestled with this for almost an hour before drilling a different hole (risking cracking the top) altogether. The wood is nice, the piece of granite top was great... just those darn pre-drilled holes! 3The tracks for the drawer were pre-installed in the wrong ... The tracks for the drawer were pre-installed in the wrong place inside the cabinet - the drawer wouldn't close until I moved the tracks. If it weren't for that one issue I would give it 5 stars, 4Some assembly problems, but completed unit works very well. The screw holes for the drawer were not well pre-drilled, so I had to get a neighbor to drill them again for me to complete the assembly. Otherwise, everything fit and went together in about 30-40 minutes.The completed unit looks great and works well, blend with my maple kitchen with black granite counters. It is sturdy and the natural wood looks better than laminates and painted/plastic parts. It rolls easily on hard surface floor. 4Handy- worth it! Pros- it is sturdy and spacious enough. I don't know about the towel holder on the side cause I don't use it.Cons- the doors don't remain open unless held that way. so when i am loading things in I need to keep something in front of it to keep it open.FYI- the granite top is reallyy heavy. 4Love this cart I wanted a cart for my microwave and I shopped around on the internet and all the carts that I saw were too small. This one is perfect. It arrived a day early before they said it would and it was packaged very well. No damaged parts and very easy to assemble as each piece is labeled according to the instruction sheet. I bought the modern style with the black granite topThe top is boxed separately and encased in wood in the box.I would highly recommend this product. 5Great Buy! This is the 2nd Home Styles piece I have purchased. Both pieces came so well protected in the boxes and are good sturdy furniture! They are very well build and I had no trouble at all putting it together myself (female btw). They always include extras for the hardware which is nice. It's not easy to find furniture that's affordable AND well build like this! My first piece was the full sized island. I have had it almost 2 years now with no issues; it still looks like new. 5
