    amazing pricethis is about 1/3 the cost of a department store. filter fits great. i don't know if the HEPA filter works and better than the regular filter, but the price is good, regardless. 5Generic filters, Good fitMost of the time these are loose and you have to rig it to fit snugly, line using tape.These were better than last. A little painter's tape around the hole inside does the trick. Then they work great and good price! Plus this filter is about an inch taller than the original filter, it still fits great in our canister and that snaps with no problem into the vacuum, plus that inch gives you more filtering surface. Thanks for letting me keep more of my money by providing a quality product 5Cheaper replacement filtersMy wife hates to empty the vacuum. She underscored her displeasure by throwing away the filter that came with our Dirt Devil UD40285 Featherlite Bagless Upright vacuum. A few weeks later, I was trying to clean up some cat litter and noticed the vacuum didn't suck. I mean that in a bad way. The vacuum wouldn't pick up anything even with the attachments. The canister didn't seem too full but I went ahead and took it out to empty it. That's when I noticed that filter was gone and stuff was all inside the motor housing.Fortunately it cleaned out easily. And with one of these filters in, the vacuum is good as new. Good price for a necessary piece of hardware. These filters are perfect OEM replacements. 5So Far, So Good and saved myself $25 at the Target storeI had no idea that these generic filters existed. They are working quite well with my dirt devil and i'm highly impressed. I don't see any flaws and my system is actually picking up more things. I'm not having to go over my rugs more than a couple of times. I have seen a huge improvement in my rugs as well. the price is fantastic! 4Great for the priceI am satisfied with the generic dirt Devil F1 filter. My only complaint is that the filter didn't seat well in the dirt collection container. In order to make it filter the air being pulled into vacuum i added several wraps of painters tape inside the dirt container where the filter connects. For the price i think its well worth it to have to modify the vac, and it was pretty easy to put some tape around the filter fitting... 4Didn't fit perfectly.Other people have mentioned that they need to modify the vacuum with some duct tape or something to make sure this fits snugly. i had to do the same and I wouldn't do that again. Feels like I jimmy rigged something and I hate that feeling.though, it does feel like it will hold and it will do the job, so I can't say it isn't functional. I just say I do not like the product itself due to it's inconvenience. 3Seems to work good, a little difficult to clean thoughWorked for the price. We got a dirt devil vacuum for free because they people complained about their filter, well once we changed the filter the vacuum worked wonderfully. Haven't tried washing the filter like it says you're supposed to be able to do, but I just generally bang in out in the trash can it it comes pretty clean. Best money I've spent to get a good working vacuum. :D 4
