    Good value and easy to assemble! I ve been searching for a wall rack but have seen mixed reviews till I ran into this one. Its perfect and pretty versatile. I m using it in the nursery and fits right in! Go ahead and buy it, you ll be pleased. 5Frees up Cupboard Space. Love it, it free's up room in the cupboards for everything else. I am deducting a star though because the hangers on this really just suck (they really do). Hanging this up and putting heavy stuff on it you just look at those little hangers and say: "I wouldn't trust this to hang anything". But there is an easy solution... What I did with mine? I drilled pilot holes (4 of them) 2 on each side on the outer-most portions of the rack. I then drilled holes in the wall and dropped an anchor in it and attached this to the wall using screws into the anchors. This baby isn't going anywhere, and it really doesn't take away from the look as long as your screws all match. I just made sure when I drilled all the holes that they were uniformly placed so that it looked like it was supposed to be that way. After all that... it holds cups and a whole lot more with the ease of mind of knowing it would take an earthquake to drop your mugs. 4Not very secure, but it works. As a coffee cup rack I expected more than a very subtle notched end to keep the handles on the pegs, but that was not the case. They're also not very long pegs so we are afraid to hang real coffee cups on them. Ordered 2. Still deciding what to do with the second as the first ended up relegated to unbreakable travel mugs instead and we don't have more than a dozen of those with handles to hang them. The hanging apparatus is only along one edge when stretched out, so if hanging vertically you'll need to add something else, I screwed the whole rack into the wall bit be careful, it splits easy. The tiny triangles are also not well fit to most hardware one would hang it with so if they came with it would be much better. The pegs won't all tighten either, some are stripped, but seem secure enough attached anyway. 3VERY well-made and sturdy for displaying a coffee mug collection! For some unknown reason, my family decided I needed to start collecting coffee mugs. Most are really unique, whimsical, beautiful, snarky (think early morning before coffee - lol!), and took up WAY to much room hidden in the cabinets. I tried the cheaper expanding racks before - and make several very lucky catches when a mug slipped off or a peg pulled loose. This one is - by far - superior! Like a Yugo versus a Cadillac! I bought three and they are FULL. They make interesting (and humorous) wall decor on the wall next to the breakfast bar, and visitors always stop and study them. 5Plan ahead and you'll be pleased. This is a very substantial rack. I used it vertically to hold mugs. As others have said, don't count on the two little hangers to hold any weight. I drilled and countersunk the wood to accept screws, 4 per rack to hold the weight. Plan ahead and you'll be pleased. 5Nicer than expected For the price and based on past experience with similar items, I expected this rack to be functional but roughly hewn. However, it seems very well made and has a silky smooth shellac finish. The natural beech wood color is very attractive and would go with any decor. I liked it so well that I ordered a second to accommodate my sizable hat collection. We live in an A-frame with limited wall space, so I especially appreciate the adjustable size. I wish it had come with hardware for hanging. It has two small picture hooks which are fine for my hats but would not be sturdy enough for anything heavy like mugs. The first rack I got has a small flaw on the back side that is not visible when the rack is hung. The second arrived today and is perfect.PRO: Attractive, well made, nicely finished, 13 pegs.CON: No hardware included; hooks inadequate for heavy objects. As others have noted, this can be remedied with proper hardware and attachment to wall or cabinet. 5Solid construction but painful installation I love it. I am so excited to have purchased and installed this product. I was able to clear out an entire shelf in one cupboard; up until now, I had actually contemplated selling many of our coffee mugs since they took up so much space. It helps that I'm not the coffee drinker in the house!The expanding coffee mug wall rack is fairly well made, especially given it's low price point. Each peg is of a substantial size and is connected to the frame using a screw. Four hooks are attached to the pegs, which we used for installation on a cupboard side by a coffee nook.The hooks, on the other hand, are not of as high a quality. I somehow managed to bend one out of shape while trying to attach it to the screws that we installed to the cupboard; I used jewelry pliers to bend it back into shape. Fortunately, I haven't had any of the mishaps detailed in other customer reviews. The rack has remained in place for over a month without mishap at this time.I have recommended this product to friends who are impressed by its appearance when they visit the house. 4Nice Mug Rack, But Be Careful This mug rack is attractive and the wood matches our cabinets perfectly. The only problem is the cheesy little triangle hangers that are on the back. I should have known better, but we hung the rack and loaded it up with all our favorite mugs. About two days later we came in to the house to find a giant mess of broken mugs on the counter and floor. I think two survived. We were not happy campers. The solution is to drive a good sized wood screw through the rack into the cabinet. We used 3 brass screws and that fixed the problem. 3Works great as a scarf hanger too! This rack works perfectly as a scarf hanger. Much better than the hangers with all the circles - this way I can SEE all my scarves, and it makes for a pretty wall hanging as well. Exactly what I was looking for! 5Love! Absolutely love this wall rack! Using it in baby's nursery as you can see, mostly as decor or to hang small items such as bows, hat, pacifier clips, etc but it is pretty sturdy if you want to hand something heavier. just mount it correctly. Looks great and it matches with the theme I am going for. It is a beautiful natural wood finish. And i love how you can expand or collapse it to fit however you like. As you can see in the second picture I have a light switch there and of course didn't want to block it so it was perfect to be able to get that perfect angle where it does not block the switch. 5
