Well Engineered Cooling RackGreat size for cooling rack, easy to store. Spacing of wire pattern is excellent for small cookies as well as bigger items. The six "feet" are well engineered and spaced to be strong enough to also support cooling of heavier pans/pots/dishes. 5Storage of multiple racks requires stacking rather than nesting.These are wonderfully sturdy. I liked my first one so much, I bought more. That's when I discovered one small issue for my particular kitchen: due to the design, they stack rather than nest into each other. That's a difference of a couple of inches with trying to store 4 racks. I don't think the racks would be as sturdy with another design, so I still give the product 5 stars since they are great, even if my storage options aren't. 5Works well.I recently got on a kick about making chicken wings. I saw a video which entailed me having to use one of these racks to let the chicken dry out for the dry rub and then drip the grease as it actually cooked. I couldn't believe I couldn't find on of these in Target or Walmart so I got online and ordered from Amazon. It fits the 12x17 pan I had purchased separately and works well. I just need to work on figuring out a better way of keeping it clean once used as chicken grease stinks to clean off! Maybe more non-stick spray... we'll see. 5Use the convection setting on oven and get much better crust on the bottom (or flip mid-cooking to really ...Never buy a cheap rack again! Spray it with a little non-stick spray and this rack can do everything and just go in dishwasher with maybe a little pre-scrubbing. No rust because it's solid stainless steel.I do so many things with it to get food up off the pan. You have no idea how many racks I've purchased trying to find one that fits. Unless I'm in a hurry, I Cook my bacon in the oven. Less shrinking, flatter and more attractive finished product. Most racks have the wires running only one way as opposed to both ways like this rack. Nothing falls through this one.Cleanup is painless if you soak it in hot soapy water first. Then using a scrubby sponge or stiff brush, clean the rack on both sides. Look to see which way the wires run and rub the scrubby/brush in the same direction, flip it over and clean the other side in the opposite direction. I use the same brush that I use on my cast iron grlll pan.I never put my metal cookware in the dishwasher, they stay looking like new and last much longer. 5I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner because this is a perfect combination for the jobI purchased this rack to pair with a quarter sheet pan to serve dual purpose as a broiler pan. I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner because this is a perfect combination for the job. Honestly, this is far better then anything labeled "broiler pan" I've seen or used for that function. I compared cooling racks for almost a month before purchasing and I'm glad I bought this one because it has all the features I was looking for.1. Quality stainless steel, after almost a year of use I have not seen a single spec of rust anywhere.2. It has a center crossbar and feet making it a lot stronger.3. The 3/8" wire grid spacing adds a lot of more material thus making it stronger.4. It fits my aluminum Nordic ware half baking sheet perfectly.The pictures in this review are from when I just received the cooling rack and matching Nordic Ware baking sheet as proof of the perfect fitment.
