    Love theseI love these. I have always wanted something like this and finally chose these ones and bought them for every fan in the house. Gone are the days of being blinded in the middle of the night for pulling the wrong cord. Even in the dark you can feel the difference between the fan and the light bulb (they stick up a bit). The reason I chose these specifically and not some others that are similar is because I didn't want them to stand out too much and it works. If you're not looking for fan pulls your eyes just glide, but when you're trying to find the right one to pull the answer is right there, no second guessing.5Does the jobWhat can you say about a product like this? It's one of those things that does the job without any glitz or glamor, so I figured that I'd show it some review love.I bought it to match a brown fan. The pull chains for the light and fan were difficult to reach without a chair, so these are great. Plus, they have light and fan pictures on them, which is a nice touch. Three of the four fans that I have in my apartment have the light chain in the center and the fan chain on the side. The one for which I bought these pulls has both chains on the side, so I was frequently pulling the wrong chain. I am not usually much of a simpleton, but the pictures on these helped with my chain situation. 5Chains Attached to Brushed Nickel Pulls are Not Brushed NickelThe ceiling fan pulls themselves are attractive and well-crafted, and I like being able to tell which chain controls the fan and which controls the light. But I have two complaints. There is no way to remove the chains entirely that come with them to attach a new chain; it is necessary to leave at least a short length of the chain that came with if attaching to another chain, say to make the fan chain longer. And problem #2 is that the chains that came with the pulls are not brushed nickel; they are brighter and shinier and therefore do not match the brushed nickel pull with which they came or the brushed nickel fan for which they were bought or the existing brushed nickel chains that I was attempting to lengthen.3Look great!Nice and heavy so the fan doesn't rattle them around.5Glad I bought theseI was tired of the old string pulls on my ceiling fan. I got these and they fit the bill perfectly. They'e heavy and sturdy, making turning the light and fan off and on much easier and predictable. If you've had a string pull snap out of your hand and into the spinning fan, you know what I'm talking about. These don't do that. The antique brass color matches my fan even though it's a different brand. An added benefit that I didn't even think of when buying is that the fan looks much nicer and not so dated anymore. Happy with my purchase.5These are great!I really like the look a feel of these. High quality and makes it much easier for me to reach turning our fan on and off. I wish I would have bought them 20 years ago. I rarely used the fan over our bed because I had to stand on the bed to reach the switch. I'm very pleased with this purchase!!5You had 1 job..I like the pull chains, however... I ordered 2 packs and as you can see in the picture. One pack was fine but the other pack came with 2 of the same pulls instead of a fan and a light. Decent quality and heavy materials with the classic style I grew up with. Maybe I can request a pack of 2 fan pulls?!3Would Buy AgainI moved into an apartment where the previous tenant had cut all the fan chains to be difficult for her child to reach. I thought that I would need to buy extra chain and a pull for my fans, but I found this product and it was perfect. The length of chain was enough that they would not hang down too low, but also I didn't need to purchase chain AND a pull. The pulls are attractive and do not distract from the rest of the room, but they are also substantive enough that I can find them and pull them in the dark or without really even looking.Great product--I would buy again!5Perfect pulls!These pulls come exactly as they're shown. In my opinion it's a perfect design for function. And was cheaper than something similar at Walmart. It fits your finger and thumb perfectly and looks good too! I did have existing chains still hanging and these pulls were easy to attach I simply cut some of the length with scissors easy peasy! If you need to install these from the base you may need some extra length chain just my thoughts.5Loved theseThese pulls made it quite easy to distinguish which one was for the light and which one was for the fan. Also, the pulls themselves are quite heavy/substantial feeling so they don t swing around when the fan is on.The chain is silver-colored, but it is actually removable if you wanted to swap it out with a gold/brass-colored extension chain (like I did) to match what you re attaching it to on your existing fan, or perhaps use a longer chain.5
