Product is not exactly as shown. I m giving this 2 stars because the discription is very vague in regards to indicating if the design is exactly what the pictures show. It did seemed to discribe what was in the pictures, and I ordered this product expecting it to match the pictures. Unfortunately what was pictured was not exactly what I got, and I specifically picked what I did because I felt it would be something my father would have loved. To be fair, what I got was close, and they do look beautiful and it is for that reason alone that I am giving the two stars. However, as beautiful as these urns are, it s not what ordered and it s not what I wanted. But now I m forced to settle for what I have. I don t have time to return it and wait for the right ones to come. This was ordered to place and keep a small amount of ash in before finalize my fathers wishes and interring the remainder of his ashes in his final resting place. The urns will work, after all, they are close to what I wanted, they just are not the specific ones I picked. That is my only complaint. The shipment was fast, the urns are well crafted. However, it seems to me that when a company provids a product this personal and important the company should make every effort to make sure the product shown is the product delivered. If I had wanted just any urn I would have bought something offered at the mortuary... I ordered these because of the specific design & color, and again while close, they just are not what I ordered. My hope is this company will make an effort to fix this for others who purchase product from them. I m including to picture one shows the set of four small urns. This is what I ordered. The second shows on of the small urns I received. Again the four I got were close but not what I ordered. Ultimately, I think the one I ordered had a more masculine feel and the one I received a more feminine. Obviously that is subjective but as I said before. The product shown in the advertising should match the product delivered. 2Gorgeous! What a beautiful urn. I really have nothing negative to say about it. I keep this one in my room and bought a set of smaller ones for other family members. You won t be disappointed with this purchase 5Perfect I purchased this set of mini keepsake urns to give my Aunts and Uncles a small portion of my dads ashes. I am so happy I bought them!They arrived quickly. They come in a velvet box and each urn was wrapped to prevent damage. The set also includes 4 small velvet bags.These urns are great quality! They are very well made. The caps screw on for secure closer. They hold about 4 teaspoons of ashes. The detail and color are beautiful! 5Beautiful, but 2 out of the 8 are damaged Bought 8 of these in March for my father in law who passed away in November of last year. My husband has not been up to opening the cremains and dividing the ashes so I decided to do it for him today. The urns are gorgeous and come in a lovely box that is recessed to hold the 4 urns. The box is so nice, I wish there were one for each urn. They do come with a pack of drawstring pouches for each urn (photo). It also comes with a paper funnel for putting in the remains. Like I mentioned in my title, two of the urns are damaged. One has the paint chipping off the lid (photo) and now after coming back and seeing some of the recent reviews, I am expecting the rest of the paint to flake off. I don't know what to do now that I have filled all 8 urns. I am going to have to give a disclaimer when we give them to family. Another urn is misthreaded so the lid will not screw on (video). It just keeps turning and turning like it is stripped. I might have to put Loctite or something on it to keep it closed and give that one to someone who does not intend to open it. I know the price is not very much. $10 or so per urn is not bad, but for something so sacred and sentimental, I was expecting better quality control. 2Definitely one of the best products on Amazon!! Absolutely love the urn I bought to place my mother s ashes in. Loved it so much my family bought several. Don t let the small size fool you, it s inside holds a lot. And the top screws on very well and tight. So I know mom is not going anywhere. The urn it s self is very strong so is it packaging. I shipped one urn from Arizona to Wisconsin and it arrived without a scratch.The vender is great too. I received one of the sweetest email from them. 5Wondeful Urns, Wonderful Company. When someone you love passes away, everything seems to move so quickly. & unfortunately, some of the people I ve had to deal with have been in the funeral business too long & had no empathy or professionalism at all. I am pleased & grateful to say that purchasing these urns for my beloved Brother to be in, was not an unfortunate experience. After my purchase, this company sent me an empathetic & warm email of condolences for my loss. The urns arrived on time & were beautiful. One of the urns was a little damaged on the side, chipped paint. I emailed the company & on a Friday & before I even saw they responded, Sunday I had two perfect little urns as a replacement for the one damaged one. The fact that I only had to send an email & they instantly corrected the problem was wondeful. At least one thing throughout this heart aching process was not a hassle. I thank this company for their professionalism & quality of their product & I highly recommend buying their Urns. They truly helped me & showed kindest in a time when I needed the most. 5Better than expected! For about $22 this mini-ash-urn is a bargain. A similar urn at the funeral home was $99 (on sale - most were $159) As for quality the urn is solidly made and matches the large urn that I also bought. It is just under 3 inches tall and comes with a black-velvet lined presentation box. All-In-All it is quality and beautiful. Both items shipped separately within 4 days. 5Warning:may illicit squeals when you see how cute these mini urns are..and beautiful.My grandpa is displayed in style! These urns are beautiful, super cute, functional, and affordable. The seller packaged them great so I didn't have to deal with broken or damaged items. The only downside is the latch on the outside display box is cheap every time I open it I am afraid it will break. However, I have mine displayed so I'm not really going to be opening and closing the box all that often so it should be fine, however, a superior latch would have really completed this item for me. This is still a great item and I would definitely recommend. 5Edited Review: Product had failure issue but seller is honorable ORIGINAL REVIEW:My mother passed on Thanksgiving morning of 2018, just over four months ago at the time of this writing. Some of her ashes were placed in this keepsake urn in mid-December, and the urn placed in my China cabinet, where it has sat untouched at room temperature, out of direct sunlight for only 3+ months. I picked it up today to do my dusting, and underneath it in the case I found huge flakes of paint that had fallen off the urn. As I picked it up more flakes continued to fall off from merely touching the urn. Lightly pushing with just my fingernail sent paint flakes flying in all directions.I selected this urn because blue was my mother's favorite color. I thought it looked peaceful, and reminded me of the water she looked out on every day. It was hurtful to see the urn holding my mother look so shabby. I decided to use my fingernail to remove the rest of the paint so that it looks dignified until I find a suitable replacement.UPDATE:The seller contacted me about this issue, was deeply solicitous and kind in their handling of the matter, and issued a full refund. Perhaps my experience was simply a matter of receiving a "bad batch." The urns, when they arrived were quite attractive, have a good weight and quality feel to them, and the velvet box is really beautiful. I am gratified that the seller reached out and resolved the issue I had even though it was beyond the return period.
