    Perfect fit. As expected. Exactly what I needed. My wife somehow broke ours which was amber colored and dimmed the room a little too much for my liking. This white bowl lets in a good amount of light. 52 Pull Chains can be Used Great color. This has the ability to have two pull chains go through it and the metal piece on the bottom allows two pull chains to come through as well. 5Nice Update to Original Shade Much better than the original beige lamp shade that came with my hunter ceiling fan. Better and brighter lighting, the design is a bit more updated than just a crackled effect. Love it! 5Opaque & linen textured Bowl is opaque, not transparent. Doesn t allow much light through & made the room darker than previous light bowl that had broke. Returned for a different finish. 2Very nice and bright! I need to replace 2 glass shades on my ceiling fans that were very dark (tea) colored. These are so much brighter and cleaner. They do have a linen pattern on them that is not as obvious in the picture. It doesn't bother me at all. I'm just glad our two bedrooms are bright and visible. 5Solid made light bowl. I bought it to replace the original bowl came with a Hunter fan that was broken by the kids. The bowl is solid glass and is quality built. Strongly recommend it to anyone who needs to replace a broken light bowl. 5I love it. Husband bought it because the one that ... I love it. Husband bought it because the one that came with our fan was a very opague almost amber colored. It was DARK in my dining room This has changed the room drastically. While not completely translucent, it is far less opaque than the original. The linen texture IS white, not a yellowed color. 4Bulbs don't fit I got this along with some bright "corn" style led bulbs to brighten up a dim fan. The globe doesn't fit with these bulbs installed. It does fit with standard style bulbs. Just beware, this globe tapers a great deal more than a stocker, so take that into account before purchasing. I ended up using a full on medium base light kit instead. 4Suitable replacement glass This was a fine replacement for the original glass bowl, which was broken when we opened the original box. (The original box had sat unopened at a construction site; wish we had opened the box earlier so as to get a free replacement.) It took a bit of detective work and measurement checking to determine whether this replacement would fit properly, which it did in fact. 4Fits Perfectly This is exactly what I wanted. We bought a house and the light fixture in the living room was too dark. It was a tan fixture. So we replaced it with a white fixture and now the light is brighter. It s much better. 5
