    4 x 6 inch index cards DO NOT fit This is a very cute recipe box but despite the fact that the descriptions/questions answered state the recipe cards are 4 x 6 in size a regular 4 x 6 inch index card does not fit. If you are having party guests bring a recipe on a 4x6 index card to put in the recipe box you will have a big problem.
