    Cute decoration but not practical or functional.Visually, this is a cute item. Unfortunately, as a working kitchen utensil, it is basically useless. The craftsmanship on this item is very poor and so it does not work as an actual corkscrew. No matter how you twist the top, it will not actually push the screw into the cork. I tried this on a few different bottles of wind, some with traditional wooden corks and some with corks from artificial materials and it did not work on any of them. If you are purchasing it as a seasonal decoration, then you should be very happy with it. If you are purchasing it in the hopes of using it on a regular basis to remove the corks from wine bottles, I would highly recommend you purchase another item.1One Star I love the cute design on the wine opener.
