    No match for a 3 year old Great concept and worked great for a few nights, but something went wrong. We needed this for our third daughter's bed to be tucked away under the bunk beds, but after just a few days it was completely bowed and unusable. I wouldn't think that would happen with a metal frame, even with my 3 year old jumping on it occasionally. So now it's in the basement awaiting its date with a dumpster.I am giving it 3 stars just because who knows exactly what went wrong, but I do feel that a metal bed should be able to withstand more abuse than this one did. 3Great bed for the money! We purchased this trundle to go under an existing daybed - and specifically selected this one because it didn't pop up like the older models that pinch so many precious little fingers... We love this bed! The swivel rollers are fantastic; the bed comes out and rolls back under so easily! It also has great clearance under the existing bed so we can leave pillows and blankets folded on top and it isn't a great hunt to find bedding every time we use it. The reality of using it, however is that our kids have requested a "sleep over" in their sibling's bedroom nearly every night since we received it (about 5 weeks ago) :) They really enjoy its comfort - at 8, 5 and 2.The frame went together fairly easily and maybe took about 40 minutes.Will update if necessary - but at this point we would buy it again in a heartbeat without a second thought! 4Missing pieces This did not come with any of the screws or hardware. There weren t even any instructions. No wheels either. We didn t take it out of the box right away after purchasing and missed the return window by two days so now I m stuck with a pile of metal that I can t even use that I paid $60 for. 1Your mattress may slip and slide a bit, unless you modify the frame somehow Ordered 2 twins. The price is great, easy to assemble, the frame seems sturdy enough but there is no lip on the edges of the frame to keep the mattress from slipping around sideways. Literally just sits right on top of the frame. And the corners of the frame stick out like crazy...I was constantly bumping my shins against them until I finally taped soft foam balls on the ends to protect myself. There really are not enough slats for good support....overall I would not reorder this frame but would look elsewhere for better options and gladly pay more. 3Nice little trundle This was relatively cheap, it fit the standard mattress that I already had, and it fit under the twin sized daybed nicely. It was also pretty easy to put together much easier than the daybed that I purchased it to fit under, I think it only took about twenty minutes, though there was some problems with some of the parts not fitting together correctly. I initially had some trouble, as I recall getting the frame to fit together, as two of the pieces that were supposed to connect did not line up correctly, but I was able to deal with that by disassembling their "identical" counterparts and switching them around. So far it has only been used a few times by my 5 year old nephew, so I am not sure how it will hold up, but it seems like a pretty good little bed for the price. 5Easy to assemble, cross your fingers that everything alligns properly Things were off to a good start until the last 2 screws wouldn't go in because the holes are misaligned. I saw it on another review and chalked it up to a fluke error. Other than that, the instructions and parts are labeled very clearly and it's a breeze to assemble. My kids have an Ikea bunk bed and I purchased a 6 inch memory foam mattress for the trundle and it fits nicely. The wheels turn in all directions which makes taking it out and putting away a breeze. 3Perfect for kids room. Received this bed and quickly assembled it alone in 30 minutes or less. It is perfect. Very low to ground so should fit under most beds easily depending on depth of mattress. It has cylinder style slats that run across the bottom so if you have a mattress without springs (ie futon or such)...you might need to get some flat wood or a bunkie board to lay on top otherwise your mattress might sink through the slats (as with any soft spring-less mattress). Wheels roll easily on carpet and it's light enough for little kids to pull out too. 4Rolls and needs wheels It was perfect but I wish there were locks on the wheels in case we wanted to keep the bed stationary. The bed keeps rolling around with every move while in it. I guess if you have carpet, you will not have this problem. 2Horrible. My husband had to redrill holes because NONE of the screws fit. Whoever measured the metal had no idea what they were doing. The threading was way off when it came to all the screw holes. The color is very pretty, but the daybed we ordered along with it was completely rusted and had sticky stuff on parts of it. It looked like it had been kept in someone elses home, with rain pouring on it for years. When the package arrived for the daybed the taping was done wrong, styrofoam was stuffed into random wrong places, and the whole box was falling apart. The packaging for this trundle was better, but still a little beat up. I would not recommend buying from this company. 2Great bed frame for kids room!! This bed frame is working out beautifully. We have two of them that we pushed together to make a King size bed with company. The only reason I can't give it five stars, we sometimes kick the wheels when we walked by the bed. They were great height using A box spring with the mattress. 4
