Have ordered this product several times with no issues. Previously it came inside a additional box (other than the one pictured). This time although it was usable it had a couple of minor tears and the pleats/folds were extremely difficult to separate when installing.2Great filter My purchase of this filter saved me about $10.00 as opposed to anywhere else. It is a very good quality product should you need a filter of this size for your A/C unit. Unfortunately, changing the filter did NOT solve our issue, but I am not going to give it a poor rating due to that, the filter does its job and I have no complaints it was definitely worth every penny.5
