    Love the couch, hate the independent shippers I was really nervous about buying couches off Amazon, but I'm really happy with these. They're firm (which i love and they'll last longer) and look so great. All cushions are removable, and the back ones are tufted all the way through so you can rotate as needed. The full sized couch is great for overnight guests, if you take the back cushions off there's plenty of room for two to sleep.For the fabric, which is the scariest part about buying online: it seems to be made of polyester fiber, but it's woven (ACTUALLY woven, not just printed to look that way). It looks and feels like a linen couch with a wide weave, but slightly less breathable because it's not cotton. I think it's also pretty easy to clean. I got highlighter on it the day they arrived, died a little on the inside, and then was able to wipe it off really easily with all purpose cleaner and a paper towel. I have the full size couch in Laguna (the product picture is true to color) and a loveseat size in Wheatgrass (which is more ofof a gold-ish 70's green in real life).I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the independent delivery vendor. With one delivery they called a week ahead and gave me a couple of options for delivery date and time, which was great. HOWEVER when the driver showed up, i had to beg him to bring the couch inside and not just leave it in my alley (even though he showed me that Amazon had paid for inside delivery). He threw a fit and then told me he'd only bring it in if i carried the other end. I told him i had just broken my hand (pointing to my very large cast) so i couldn't help, and he responded with a very angry rant about how he just had kidney surgery and everyone seems to have an excuse to not help. He did end up bringing it up after shredding the wrapping in my alley, making me carry up the cushions alone one at a time, and then leaving all the shredded trash flying around my backyard. Slightly more context: i had told the receptionist who called about the delivery that i lived 10 steps above street level, had a broken hand, and wouldn't be able to assist. The second delivery had the opposite problem despite being the same shipper. They left me a voicemail saying they'd be delivering the couch in less than 24 hours, so i had to take the day off work last minute. But the second set of delivery guys were kind and helpful.All in all, i love these couches. We really like this couch! It looks great, and the quality is great as well. The fabric is what I was hoping for as well, a textured look. I was worried it may be a smooth fabric but isn't which seems to always hold up better with my kids around! 5Love it! I'm in love with this couch! It looks perfect with my midcentury furniture. The oatmeal fabric is a great neutral color, but has variation up close. Would work well with a wide range of color schemes. It's so comfortable! I was surprised, it was more comfy than I expected. It's firm enough that you don't sink in, but soft/plush. It took longer than expected to get here, but super happy with it. 5Excellent! The couch was a bit bigger than I expected it to be which was a definite bonus! I got the matching ottoman (from another website) as well which was a really, really good idea. The fabric is interesting and not what I imagined it to be. It kind of changes colors depending on the light/time of day. When it's sunny it has a yellowy-gold tone to it, when it's cloudy it's almost olive green, then at night it looks more like the brown in the picture. Basically, don't expect a truly neutral tone because there are multiple colored threads in the fabric that cast those different shades. And yes, it is quite firm, but even after only sitting on it for one day I can feel it breaking in a little bit. Don't hesitate to buy it! 5Nice and strudy just make sure you rotate the cushions. Very nice and sturdy. Can handle multiple people and doesn't collapse. The fabric is nice as well. The color I picked, Azure, looks great in my opinion.Bad, you'll need to rotate your cushions as they are foam and will flatten if you sit on them for some time. When you rotate they do go back to their original firmness. That being said the couch is really firm so don't expect to sink into it. Its just not like that. 4Perfect color! EDIT / after a few months of very moderate use the buttons and seams are already coming apart i do not see this lasting more than a year. its a shame because i really do love this couch. but who whats to pay almost 800 a year buying new sofa's?_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________Original review was 5 starsI've had this couch for almost a year and its been sitting in storage until now.I have now idea how well it will hold up, I'm hoping i can get a few years out of it.The color is exactly what i was hoping for and i think it looks better in person. After spending hours I love it!After spending hours, days, weeks, months, just looking at options from competitors. I finally decided to pull the trigger and purchase this sofa to put in my living room - based on initial cost, taxes, shipping cost and time, return policy, style, and manufacturer reviews.This is my first time buying anything large online - both in size and in price tag. So naturally, I was a little nervous and had questions running through my mind - like what if this couch felt cheap, what if it arrives broken, what if the color doesn't match, etc. Thankfully, I received the answers just a few days ago and this couch is AMAZING.Almost a week later and I cannot leave this sofa at all. It is unbelievably comfortable for the price tag - a little firm, but in the good way where it's easy to just fall asleep and take a nap on it. It fits perfectly inside my apartment and really brings out the modern look I was going for. I paired it with a TV stand, coffee table, and night stand I also bought from Amazon, with black curtains in the background. The color is a little darker in person, but not significantly and it blends perfectly with different colors.I'm so glad I purchased this sofa, it was definitely worth the price. 5Attractive and comfortable but you get what you pay for on quality This couch looks fantastic and is very comfortable but you get what you pay for with the build quality. The seat cushions do not have buttons on both sides, so you cannot flip them. Several of the buttons started ripping (as seen in photo) after 1 year of use. However I was able to buy some blue, nylon thread and sow them up with little difficulty. If you use a blind stitch it looks good as new.The couch comes packaged in a ton of material which is difficult to remove. I made the mistake of standing the couch up on its end to remove the material, which bent the arm a little bit. Don't make the same mistake! 3
