    Bed looks just like the picturesBed looks just like the pictures; I got two of my friends to put it together and they did it in probably 30 minutes?! The headboard is nice (a slightly more off-white color than the metal structure, I would say) and charming. 4great platform bed frameI and my nephew are seniors. we put this frame together in two hours. alert: do yourself a favor and get an allen wrench handle and wrench set. that little one that came with the bed is useless. also, make SURE the holes on the double slats and the holes in the center support line up. the center posts have 3 holes. you will use only the two outside holes. one hole uses a long bold that goes thru the double slat, the other hole is for center support and the post only. beautiful bed. actually overslept this morning with mattress off the floor. totally happy with this bed. note that i live in the same state from which bed ships so mine arrived totally unscathed with it's zhort shipping distance. 5Poor quality control and slow customer serviceQuality of the actual frame were good, but as previous buyers have noted, the shipment seems inconsistent. The product was poorly protected during shipping so it was damaged, which meant I spent an extra half hour hammering in one leg into the leg post. After 3 hours total of assembly time (instructions say it should take 30 min), I find out at the very last step that the footboard was defective. One set of the holes were on the correct side of the footboard, the other set of the holes were on the wrong side. How that got past quality control, we will never know.I contacted the seller to replace the footboard, and it took nearly ONE MONTH to finally receive it (and multiple attempts to contact them to find out what was delaying the process). I would advise to avoid this purchase if you can find an alternative. The upside is that now that the frame is finally assembled, it works fine and looks nice. 2Great bed, poor shipping methodBeautiful bed!!!! Looks wonderful in our master suite, very sleek, modern, and upscale in appearance. The only downfall was most likely due to the extreme weight our box arrived ripped and damaged (they need to ship in higher quality packaging to prevent damages to frame and headboard). Despite the destroyed box only a few of our metal inserts were bent, so to save us the time and trouble of returning it, my husband just took a crow bar to help straighten them back out so they could fit the proper inserts. Overall a great bed, they just need a more sturdy packing/shipping method. 5TERRIBLE qualityThis bed is a piece of garbage and not worth one penny. I received it in the mail totally beat up, scratched, and rusted. Took me HOURS to assemble because the directions' pictures are not clear and show the pieces but not which way the hole is supposed to face, etc. Not to mention it squeaks and moves around when I sleep at night :) the only reason I didn't send it back is that it took forever to get here and I was tired of sleeping on the floor. I cannot wait until I can afford to throw it away and purchase a new bed. Total POS 1Does not hold upI purchased this bed in a full size (for a guest room) and a queen size for myself. After just 4 days of my partner and I sleeping on the queen the center posts completely bent, and cannot be repaired. We're going to have to replace the bed. We're hoping to be able to reuse the headboard because we like it, but I would not purchase this product again. 2Product delivered with missing parts! Sloppy!I just had the full size bed (Modway Mia Fabric Platform Bed Frame, Full, Brown Gray) delivered to me.I opened the box and unpacked everything and the side rails are missing!! I am very disappointed as I expected all parts to be here.now I cannot assemble the bed and must sleep on the floor until the side rails arrive.What a sloppy service. When this bed arrivedUpdate 2-8-15:After spending additional money on hardware to assemble this product, I was able to successfully complete it! I am very happy with the end result; it's sturdy and looks good. Once the frame came together the headboard and footboard were easy to attach. Sadly I went through a lot to get to this point. I did raise my rating from two to three stars.This review comes at a point where I have yet to even complete assembly after two attempts.First of all, after the week or so shipping time, this bed was delayed another whole week (I was given no reason why by the carrier but i suspect weather). Then, when it finally arrived, I found many pieces missing (side rails, slats, hardware, center beam, etc). I will say, Amazon took my call pleasantly and offered to send a new one and give me a small credit, of which I'm thankful.However- now I am on bed #2. The bed is pretty- colors are accurate and the metal seems sturdy. When this bed arrived, a different carrier than the first delivered and didn't pick up the old bed with missing parts. I've recently been I'm touch with the carrier and they will pick it up- but this miscommunication probably shouldn't have happened, and it'll be another 5 days before I have this giant box out of my apartment. As for assembly... Oh, man. The side beams and slats went on easy enough, but the centre beam and its feet are a PAIN.It is just me putting this bed together- it says 2, but I have no one around to help. This makes adding the centre beam and feet extremely difficult, but making it worse is the cheap hardware. One screw is bent. The bolts do not fit onto the screws- I've followed instructions and tightened with all my might. And the small wrench that comes along doesn't even fit the bolts properly.I am considering spending MORE money to get new screws, bolts, and a wrench, yet a part of me wants to return the whole darn thing and try again!I was thrilled to have initially found this bed, as I knew what I was looking for style-wise and it fit in my budget, but now I am regretting this whole mess. I'm not much of a reviewer, let alone a negative one. I love to sing praises for good service or products. However this has been ridiculous and makes me want to spend double for a bed from a company who will come set it up AND have good quality. 3It's okay.It looks nice, but I'm afraid it won't last long. The pedestals at the bottom along the center are already bending. 3Pain in the rear to assemble.After hours of sweat, blood and tears I finally put it together. I'm not a novice at this stuff, yet this was stupid hard to get together. My teenage daughter uses this and it has held up well. 4
