    Does not fit my brand new Breville BES870XL/A because the ...Does not fit my brand new Breville BES870XL/A because the outside is slightly too large so the filter crumples when trying to press it in.I solved this problem by cutting a slight amount of the seam around the filter until it sets right (about 1 mm).Also, the filter has about 30% less resin than the original, so I will have to change change it more often.You get what you pay for! 3Wait there is a filter for thisEasy to install and improved the taste of my espresso. 5These were supposed to fit a Breville Espresso machine, ...These were supposed to fit a Breville Espresso machine, but they don't. They are a fraction of the size needed to fit.Also, these shipped directly from China in a loose pack without branding. So questionable quality and would not trust in my machine even if they fit.Basically paid to deposit these ina landfill. 1water filtersI live in an area where the tap water is very hard, and I also don't want to smell chlorine in my espresso. These water filters do the job. They fit almost as the original Breville, but not quite: it's just a hair difference, on lip on the side catches on the locking mechanism. It takes only some wiggling to get this filter in place. 4Same size and type filter that came with the espresso machine.Ordered filters in Dec. 2015 and received the large size with the ion exchange resin filters. Fit my Breville 870XL Barista Express machine perfectly. The filters are well constructed and of good quailty; however, they are oversized for the water filter holder. You can push the filter down into the holder, but that will create a crease in the filter, allowing unfiltered water to pass through the machine. 2Identical to the filters that came with my new Breville Espresso MachineThese filters are identical, to the Filter that came with my Berville espresso machine.They work well. They seem pricy for what they do. However being able to drink great espresso dailywithout leaving home is a luxury well worth the cost. Using, and changing these filters on a regular basiswill likely result in extending the useful life of my espresso machine 5Perfect fit ! Less than a 1/4 of the oem price.Just like an OEM fit .
