Nordic Ware Baby Bunny Cakes Pan LOVE IT!!! The Bunnies are a huge hit with everyone!!! I am thinking about getting another Bunny pan!! Fill each bunny mold no more than half way - and you will have the cutest bunnies. If you fill them two thirds of the mold the bottom of the bunny will be rounded not flat. And, a flat bottom on your bunny is what you are going for. 5Excellent quality Very heavy-duty pan; typical five-star NordicWare (I own several pans). It has a lifetime warrnty . You must use a dense cake for these to come out but when you do they are perfect !!! The only draw back is that the little nooks and cranies are hard to clean. I use a q tip . 5So cute! Makes such cute cakes! I made from scratch pound cake and a lemon cake and both turned out great. Only complaint is when you frost them it's hard to tell what they are. Stick with powdered sugar or very thin glaze. 5Perfect for Easter treats! Nordic ware pans make holidays special, and this one was a big hit with the grandchildren. Be sure to grease and flour well and also spray with Pam right before you re ready to fill them. The bunnies are sweet with lots of personality. We used the Hershey s cake recipe and tinted pink icing for the ears. Had them resting on green icing base. No sticking to the pan at all and very easy clean-up. I d highly recommend this product! 5Neat Cake Pan This cake pan worked out well for me. Although its hard to get the definition of the bunnies right. I find that batter like pound cake would turn out a lot better then when I tried it with a carrot cake batter. I did have to learn the hard way to oil/butter it up properly or else you'd end up with a cake that has missing bunny heads/ears. Overall I'm satisfied with this pan, its easy to use, cleaning is a bit or work since you have to dig into the ears to clean out any left over batter. They did not get stuck in the pan at all, and were very cute. I highly recommend this brand. I did use baking Pam spray first and that seemed to be key to success along with only filling them half full. 5
