    These are not quarter sheet size! These are not quarter sheet pans! The interior dimensions are off by over 1/2 . Super frustrating, as I needed a quarter sheet size for the recipe I am making and didn t think to measure them before using. 1Loved it so much I bought EIGHT more Whether your an occasional or avid baker quality pans are essential in any kitchen. Self taught cook who never understood how much more difficult I was making baking by using cheap pans until I bought my first Nordic Ware. Loved it so much I bought EIGHT more. Wanted a quality aluminum pan and when I ran across this with the addition of the convenient lids I knew I found the right ones, pans are great and the lids really push this product over the top. 5Nordic Ware should be a staple in every kitchen if you do any baking at all. I love baking in these. I did not realize how bad my old bakeware was until I bought these. Clearly this bakeware is professional.There is a night and day difference between professional bakeware and cheap bakeware. The food almost slides off. So easy to clean. The raised tops are something I never had before, and I never want to do without. I use them all the time. I got the cookie sheet first, and I liked it so much, every month I ordered more pieces. This bakeware should be a staple in any kitchen if you do any baking at all. It makes baking so much easier and more enjoyable. 5The best pans I have ever used for baking The best pans I have ever used for baking! I am in love with them, and ever since I got hold of them I have developed a new interest in cooking new stuff in it. They are excellent quality, and look very durable and are reasonably priced too. I will always be buying Nordic ware going forward. If you want to keep them in good condition, be warned to not wash them in dishwasher though, as they tend to change color (its mentioned in the instructions that come with it) 5Nice pan, misleading measurements. This is a very high quality baking pan, it actually lives up to the "commercial" designation that is thrown around by many products of lesser quality. Importantly, the measurements are a bit misleading. The outside dimensions of the aluminized baker's quarter sheet alone are 12-7/8" x 9-5/8". The outside dimensions of the plastic lid are 13-5/8" x 9-7/8". The pan fits nicely into toaster ovens that are large enough for a 12 inch pizza, such as the Oster TSSTTVSK01, with some space on all 4 sides of the pan. The lid is okay, it doesn't seal against the pan or snap on like I expected it to, it really just sits on top of the pan, but it can still be nice to have. 5Nordic Ware makes the BEST metal baking pans I own! I love Nordic Ware's even-heating aluminum baking pans----they are the very best pans I have ever found! They are so very sturdy and are made of high quality aluminum. I recently bought this set because I love the Nordic Ware 9 x 9 inch covered pan I have that is much nicer than any of the other metal baking pans I have ever owned. The plastic lid for these pans has no bubbles in it and it even has a cute design in part of it-----it snaps on tightly on the larger cake pan and a little looser on the sheet pan. I love the fact that the big pan fits inside the sheet pan for easy storage. I have washed my other pan in the dishwasher and I have had no problems with darkening of color or pitting. I carefully have measured both pans for anyone wanting to know the EXACT measurements of the INTERIOR space of the pans (just inside the heavy duty pan edging), both pans measure exactly the same and they are 8 3/4 inches x 12 1/8 inches. They are probably called 9 x 13 inch pans because of the edging on the pans being included in the measurements. Love these pans and this particular set would make a wonderful gift! 5Great Pan! I have now used this product a few times and felt good about reviewing. Overall really like the product! there was a few small discoloration stains on the pan but I figured that's to be expected with a natural aluminum pan. My only irritation was that the folded over edges seemed to hold some water when I was washing it so when drying with a towel I had to be sure to really rub it along the edges very well to catch any extra water. Overall very sturdy pan and I am pleased with my purchase! 4Lid doesn't work! The pan is great. It's a thicker material - heats well and evenly. My cookies didn't stick - yay! However, the LID doesn't fit - it doesn't click into place. It just lays on top of the pan. I ended up using a giant rubber band to hold it on. Not good. If I'd bought it from a brick-and-mortar store I would have returned it. 1Lid snaps on and holds very well. Review for Baker's 1/4 sheet with lid:I did not really need the lid for the baker's 1/4 sheet, and I had read reviews that it doesn't really attach well. However, the lid snaps on securely and holds firmly. (Maybe it has been re-designed, or maybe some people got cheap knock-offs? Not sure, but my lid is great.) In addition, it is much heavier duty plastic than I expected, very good quality, like tupperware of days gone by, with a nice pattern design incorporated in it.I already have three Nordic Ware baker's 1/2 sheets, and this baker's 1/4 sheet is the same good quality, same heavy gauge aluminum. However, this 1/4 sheet has a RAISED logo and lettering on the flat bottom on the INSIDE of the pan, which is just asking to snag a spatula when removing cookies or make cleaning it slightly more work. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. It's probably a minor issue, so I'd give 4 1/2 stars if I could. 4Required for any baker I love these cookie sheets! I have both the half sheet and the quarter sheet. I have purchased several different cookie sheets over the last ten years or so and always was disappointed. They would scratch or rust or bake so half the pan was burnt and half still doughy. These pans have been the absolute best! They are easy to clean, nice and shiny. They bake even! I just love them! I have never had the half sheet size before, but I love that you can bake 24 cookies at once! It just speeds everything up. I highly recommend these pans! They are quality.*I hand wash all cookie sheets and pots and pans and have had no problem with the finish on these. 5
