    Love my bundt pans Seems like a great idea, I went a little overboard with the frosting on my first try but it came out OK.The details were not that great but I wasnt expecting a masterpiece. I bought this cake pan to make unique, beautiful cakes for the holiday season, and it did not disappoint! One cake mix and coating the pan really well with shortening does the trick, and we got rave reviews on the quality and appearance of the cake! So far, the pan has held up really well. It's a bit tricky to clean, but so worth it for the final product. 5Another great bundt pan What can I say, I love all my Nordic Ware pans. This one is beautiful, and creates magical cakes. Pour royal icing on top of the cake and you get Winter Wonderland in a plate. I can't wait for next Christmas to come. 5and the cake is very fun. Just be prepared to take a while greasing ... I always use Bakers Joy spray and brush the pan to coat it evenly in all the crevices before baking and have never had a problem with release. I make sure to cool on a rack for 10 minutes before flipping it out onto the rack. Washing is easier with a gentle cleaning brush and soap and warm water. 5Worked great for a gluten free, dairy free, fresh berry cake! Loved how this pan turned out with a cake made from scratch. I "oiled" the pan with melty coconut oil ONLY! The homemade strawberry cake recipe I used is a gluten free and dairy free cake WITH fresh strawberries. WOO HOO, NOTHING STUCK. I wish the trees were a bit more defined but overall the pan worked super, the cake looked cute, icing free and the train cake we put around it completed it. It is a bit of an annoyance to wash it but not many love to wash pans... 4Nice Pan I love this pan, cake came out easy and cleaned well. I used it to make a wine cake, baked nuts into the bottom (top of cake) for a hilly effect, skipped frosting and sprinkled powdered sugar on it to look like snowy mountains. It was a hit! 5Great price for great bakeware My aunt collects Nordic wear and this was a Christmas gift. She loved it! I loved that it was almost half the price that I found the same piece elsewhere. Great bundt pan with beautiful details. Makes a great gingerbread forest with powered sugar snow! 5
