    Such a beautiful gift!I ordered this for my in-laws as a gift, and I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful the tree is! The base screws on with two screws (by hand). The frames can be hanged however you like, we chose to group ours by families. The frames could be better quality in my opinion, but for the price, I can t complain. They are easy to use, but I wish they had glass instead of the cheap plastic film to cover the pictures. It doesn t seem to lessen the overall appearance of the product when completed though, so I will leave my review at 5 stars. It turned out lovely and I m very satisfied for the price!5Product is good but packaging was terribleGood but packaging concerns.Overall this product is of pretty good quality. The colors are beautiful and it seems sturdy enough to last for years. You can add more frames and they still hold without looking weird (I bought four extra frames and it still looks great). I love that you can take the base off and mount the tree on the wall.However, the packaging is worrisome: the product box came in an amazon box that was nearly four times its size with a lot of paper, which is weird but not necessarily unsafe. However when I pulled the product box out of the amazon box I could hear all of the parts moving inside. Since I bought this as a Christmas present for my grandmother, I decided to open to box to make sure everything was still in tact. While nothing was actually broken, none of the parts had been secured very well. It was apparent that the tree part was supposed to be held in place with zip ties but all of the zip ties were cut and the tree was sliding around all over the box. The frames, which were apparently at one point taped to the cardboard backing, had not been well secured at all and had all fallen to the bottom of the box. Four of the frames were fine, but two were damaged. One of the frames I believe was damaged in the box (there is a rather large dent in the plastic slip that protects the picture), the other I think was made faulty and sent anyway (the backing of the frame that is used to change the picture is deformed and does not fit in the frame without sticking out very noticeably).These minor defects are only enough to really knock one star off my rating, as thankfully replacement frames are pretty cheap.4It is a nice gift but...Well, it is a nice gift because due to the pictures you choose, you can make it a sentimental gift. The quality is ok but the sizes of the picture frames make it even smaller, so you need to choose a real-focused pictures. My biggest issue was that the item came "opened". Box's edges were ripped, items within the plastic were all over the place. Nothing was sealed. I think they have sent me either a used or a display model --- which is not ok, since I looked for a new option, not a used one! :(4This is a nice product for the price - good balance of quality versus priceI ordered this for my wife for Christmas after my 12 year old daughter saw it on Amazon. The product was received in good shape, as advertised, with simple assembly required. It is not the strongest product (the tree part of the frame) - it is a relatively light guage metal. However, it is also much much more affordable than the other heavier duty frames, which when I compare them I feel this frame is a better value. Just be aware if you have dogs or cats, or kids that grab things...there is a small risk of bending the tree base. If you put it up out of reach, you will be very happy with this product.4Good general gift for familiesI actually wanted to buy this last year, but something happened to the supply of it; therefore this year I bought it ahead of time for Christmas gift giving for my brother and his family.The box it comes in seems excessively large for the item itself, as there is quite a bit of room in the box. Fortunately it came with the box and product undamaged. For me, anyway, there was a lot of extra space inside the box that would have benefited from additional packaging material to protect the product. You could hear the tree/pieces jangling around inside when you pick up the box.It does look like its picture; I haven't seen my brother/sister in law put photos in and put it up yet, but they were pleased with the gift.5GoodI can't actually say for certain, but overall it seems nice. It's for my brother, so we'll find out once he puts it up (if it ever gets put up). but I love that you can hang the frames anywhere and I like how easy it is to switch out the photos.The only complaint I have is that some of the frames have little dents in them, but for the price I paid I don't expect perfection, AND it's for someone that will probably never touch it once it's up, so i'm really not concerned.I almost got a second one for my grandmother, but because of the little dents and the fact it seems it might be a little flimsy when it's standing up, I didn't.4Horrible pic sizeI had a horrendous time getting the correct picture size and wound up having to print the pictures on a home printer. Even then could not get the size right. Because of all the wasted time and money I give this poor review. Should have gotten a more expensive one.....I paid the expensive price in wasted prints anyway1Five StarsBeautiful picture frame and easy slide in for the photos.5Showed up broken.Not. Happy. Showed up broken. Looks like it was a return as the box has obviously been opened before. Very unhappy so close to Christmas.1Nice enough.I was pretty surprised at just how big this thing is. I got it to send to Australia to my mum and it's just way to big to post. Its nice enough though that I can make room for it in my home and get her something else. The box that Amazon sent it in was enormous about the size of a door. I feel like I can't express how huge this thing is. It's my fault for not looking at the dimensions and just assuming it was a certain size so I still give it the 5 stars.5
