    Nice, large, sturdy hooks.I am thoroughly impressed with the quality, especially for this price. They are thicker than I expected, especially at the screws; you definitely will want to pre-drill the holes for both ease of installation and to protect the wood from splitting. I bought two boxes of these hooks to hang bicycles upside down from the shed rafters and they seem great. 5Great Organizing ToolThe hooks arrived as promised and are true to their description. I Installed all six in the garage spaced out evenly to allow easy dismount of the bikes as needed. Installed all six hooks in less than hour. Four hooks installed on pinewood in the ceiling and two on concrete walls. What a great organization tool. I can now open my car door freely in the garage without worrying about hitting the bikes and scratching the car. If you have youth bicycles, keep in mind that one day you will need to mount adult sized bikes for them, so space the hooks as if all bikes were adult sized right now. 5More hefty than some other hooksThese are definitely more robust than some. On my picture you can see the Presa bike hook I received, and the drywall anchor that came with it. On the right are some older hooks I had. To be fair the smaller hooks have never given me troube for hanging bikes, but I actually bought the Presa hooks for a different use and I was pleased with their heft. Also the larger diameter should put a little less point stress as the contact point of whatever is hanging or in contact. I got a package of 6 when I only truly needed one, so I just used 2 to hang a large ladder and had no issues. 5Awesome!!!These are awesome I just used a 1/4" drill bit and screwed them right into the stud. 5Nice looking and strongI was quickly running out of space in my garage and then I came across these. Now my family's bikes are hanging from the front tire next to the wall out of the way. They was very sturdy and easy to install. 5Presa hook reviewHeavy duty and well made. These hooks come with plastic mounting inserts if you choose to mount in a material that doesn't support the threads (such as concrete). I mounted them in a wood 2x4 wall stud and didn't need the plastic inserts. I did have to pre-drill the mounting hole as the threads are fairly large and it would be difficult to try to install these from scratch. They hold a decent amount of weight and are coated to prevent scratching. I would definitely recommend these hooks. 5Strong Hooks, Weak Rubber CoatingThese hooks are super strong, and I loved the packaging and was stoked about the purchase when I got them. Within a few days of putting bikes off and on these the rubber coating had torn significantly, leaving exposed metal where my wheels rest on the hooks. I don't want any of wheels scratched and especially not my black ones, so as a temporary solution I wrapped thick gaffers tape around the hooks. I expected these to hold up way better. 3Great productI needed to hang the bikes in the garage and these were an excellent choice. Because I had 3 bikes to hang and I wanted to minimize the space, I put a piece of 3/4" plywood across and screwed it into the studs, then I screwed these into the board. You should pre-drill the holes, don't just try to screw this into the board first. If you are only hanging one bike, you can find a single stud in your garage, but you don't want to anchor this into only drywall, a bike is too heavy. You can see in the picture that if you alternate and put a bike upside down, you can minimize the distance between them, otherwise the handlebars get in the way. 5Super easy to install!These were very easy to install. I ended up drilling a 1/4" pilot hole and screwing in the hooks with my hand. This worked out perfectly. Someone suggested on Amazon to use 5/16" but I didn't have that bit so I went to the closest I had and it worked out just fine. I would recommend these to anyone looking to free up some space in their garage and utilize the vertical space for their bikes (or other things, I suppose). 5Perfect for hanging bikes on side walls with studsUsed to hang 5 bikes along back wall of garage as pictured. Included anchors will not work properly on side walls but hooks will easily screw into studs after drilling 1/4 inch hole. Exactly what I wanted. Did not want to mount on my 9ft ceiling as suggested to allow for easier access. 5
