    Better than I anticipated by farBetter than I anticipated by far.. the seat is a nice plush sit.. the leather is buttery soft with a very slight distress appearance.. I didn't notice that when I ordered but it works.. the nail heads are a silver tone and add just the right touch to complete the look I wanted..the circle hardware is heavy quality metal.. not flimsy at all..super easy assembly.. as in you screw legs on with the Allen wrench that comes with the screws/washers. I only ordered 1 set in case I had to return them if I didn't like them. I can't order my second set fast enough. 5!!! Warning - Upholstery fabric color of ...!!! Warning - Upholstery fabric color of actual chairs does not match photo !!! "Carol Taupe" is not off-white !! Actual chair fabric color is gray taupe !!! Uuggghh !!! I ordered 6 chairs expecting them to be off-white !!! 1Chairs are beautiful and sturdyChairs are beautiful and sturdy. A problem with the manufacturer. Two of my six chairs have uneven legs. When I emailed the manufacturer, they responded that it was my error for installing the legs incorrectly. Not the response I wanted to hear, since I was able to install four chairs correctly. Left to my on devices to solve the problem of uneven legs. 4Be CarefulIf you're looking at the lighter colored fabric chairs, don't be fooled by the off-white appearance in the photo. These chairs are MUCH darker, almost khaki - and good luck trying to return them when you find out they're not nearly as light as shown in the photo! The legs are also black, and not the dark cherry pictured, or the "espresso" in the description. Certainly avoid buying them from Cymax. I will not do business with this seller again due to their being so uncooperative about returning an item that clearly does not look like what it is shown to look like. I would not complain if these chairs were even close to matching the image shown, or if the seller was cooperative about returning the item since it does not match the picture. 2I am a very disappointed in these chairsI am a very disappointed in these chairs. I ordered six of these chairs and 4 out of 6 of the chairs had one short leg. If you are sitting in the chair, it is the front left leg. At first, I thought maybe I put the chair together wrong. I took all 4 chairs apart and followed the instructions to a "T" and they still came up short. My husband also took them apart and tried and he produced the same results. I tried contacting the manufacturer twice and had to leave a message both times. I also emailed their customer service department and no one emailed me back. I love the design of the chair and I did not want to return the chair, I just wanted them to send me new legs but no one would even get back with me. The chairs are very beautiful in design but they are not sturdy at all and can tip easily. This purchase was a very costly mistake. 1Beautiful chairs. In love.I bought 3 sets. I first bought 2 sets and had major shipping issues but I loved them so much I bought the last set I needed. Great quality and very similar to this zgallery stuff but at a way better price. I really want black ones for my other kitchen area. 55 months into it and its brokenI hate this chair wish I could exchange for different ones!!! Leg is already broken and we barely use these chairs had to use wood glue to glue the leg back on !! Quality of this chair is really poor!!!
