    Perfect door stop.I love this door stop. I purchased a Iron Exterior Front Door and I needed a strong door stop to stop it from damaging my wall, this works perfect! Not only does this work but it looks nice. If they had white rubber tips instead of black that would be the only thing you could improve upon. Far superior design and quality at a lower price than the other doorstops available. Would work in any house, modern or old.5Solid, nice design but different screws would be preferred.I have also purchased the John Wright cast iron door stop, but overall I prefer this A29 version, which is also cheaper right now. The A29 screw is concealed and centrally mounted. As another reviewer mentioned, I did not use the screw they supplied. It is a bit long and narrow, and flat headed. Even pre-drilling I thought it would be too risky to install as I've have heads shear off or break. It could also be difficult to remove when painting is required. The heads are hidden anyway.Also note that the base of this stop has a small raised nub (where it meets the wall). I guess the idea is to keep this from spinning but it means you will end up with another hole.
